Great coffee and staff are always friendly and happy to serve you even close to closing time, can be a wait when they are doing delivery drinks but never a huge wait. Best Costa in Eastbourne.

Very crowded, staff nice but overtasked

Shocking customer service. Rude and aggressive member of staff, really tainted our first and last visit.

Nice place, friendly staff and great coffee

Really good flat white and my husband enjoyed his chocolate frostino. We went in about 20 minutes before closing and it was clear the staff wanted to tidy up and go home but the girl who served me was still pleasant.Plenty of free tables, although quite a few needed clearning.

We visit this store whenever in Eastbourne. Clean and spacious inside, staff polite and friendly. Coffee always made perfectly. Food always nice as with any Costa store. The biggest negative at this particular store is that online Uber Eats or Just Eat orders always take priority and you're left stood there waiting for your order like a lemon. Either staff the rota accordingly or stop taking online orders otherwise it won't be long before you're relying only on online orders as loyal Costa customers will just go elsewhere. Just about giving 4 stars as 3 seems unreasonable.

I was unable to carry my coffee to a table. The lady who served me was very considerate and said not to worry. For me to find a table and she would bring it over. Very kind and was done in a manner no one else noticed . The coffee was great but the service from staff was first class.

Good staff, clean and good cup of tea

Wasnt very busy for once. Quicker service. Approx 30 seats. Mostly small tables for two. Nice got chocolate presented well but I dont feel it's worth the money have had better quality else where. Coffee is consistently good. Not a cheap place to drink or eat. Will return fr coffee but nothing else
