Domino's Pizza in Eastbourne

Great food once again the American Hot was superb a big congrats to the manager and his staff for fantastic service and amazing pizza.

Pizza was average. What was most disappointing was ordering late into the evening on a Friday night and bring forced to stand outside and wait for the pizza to be made. Awful customer service. Go elsewhere, will be cheaper and better service.

I ordered a lunch time Meal and I had got hair in my pizza. When I returned the pizza the store manager was rude and did not respond well. I asked for refund and instead of giving me full refund manager gave me £5. Where my order was 7.19. I asked manager to provide return back to my original payment method which is by card. It's been more than 10 working days and I haven't received any money back. Again I called manager but the same person was rude. Please guys do make sure that you do not eat your pizza with eyes close as you might get someone's hair in your pizza.

Good and Pizza but need more friends staff. I had a large Pizza and extra pepperoni but I wanted in a half of the Pizza. The lady told me we don't do half & half.

Missing side and long waiting times for both original order and missing items despite the near location and it being a Monday.

Ordered chicken BBQ, very disappointed as hardly any chicken to be seen & way too much barbecue sauce! Delivery driver nice & polite even turned up 14 mins early. Just wished there were chicken on my pizza

I'm coeliac and ordered a gluten free pizza, had a really bad tummy after, I'm guessing cross contamination, I would be extremely careful if you are coeliac here

All good. And a nice pizza with a good amount of toppings. Sometimes dominos large pizzas have 2 inches of crust which I don't understand, it was not the case here. 👍Should have taken a photo, but I was too hungry. 🤤

Paid the offer price which in reality is what a large pizza should be. Pizza needed more cheese. Waited outside for pizza but didn't get notified immediately when it was ready. Only when I went in to check did they realise it had already been made. Branch bombarded with takeaway calls as a result customers in person don't seem to get any priority these days.
