Perfectly located, the room was spotless and had everything we needed. The receptionist was lovely and kept me supplied with fresh milk x

Adequate for a night or two. Bathroom of single room could do with a shelf for storage.

I spent a couple of days here with my granddaughter and I have to say it was a great place to stay! It’s clean, warm, friendly, inexpensive and right on the seafront. It’s great value. (The only drawback was the noise outside one night.. as there was a fight in the street but if you’re in or near town this is likely to happen.)I’ll definitely stay there again.

Super helpful & friendly staff & nice hotel by the sea.The room I was given had the most beautiful sea view with picturesque Victorian windows & stunning vista of the sea, so I spent many an hour peering out of them. The hotel is an old Victorian building which I love & has a lift to the top floor. Super comfy bed, bath too, which was a bonus & super near the town, Pier & bus routes to get out & about. I will definitely be back...well actually, this is now my second visit. See you next time. Thank you.

The woman on reception was friendly and welcoming but the breakfast was absolutely awful. I was charged full price for half a breakfast. Vegan option was promised but what I got was cooked in bacon fat. Not even a veggie sausage on offer! Rip off.

I stayed last night with my family in room 127 which was fairly nice, clean and tidy room. Both morning and evening receptionists were amazing but unfortunately! I left my iPhone 11pro max charger in the room next to bedside switch, I checked out at 10am and reached back London 12.30 pm when I opened my bags I couldn’t find my charger and I rung back hotel to ask for keeping my original iPhone charger safe for me so I can pick it up next weekend, receptionist went to room cleaner and told me there was no charger. This made me really uncomfortable that how come you somebody will pickup a charger without informing the management about lost property. I would suggest to hire honest housekeeping staff otherwise the hotel will loose customers.

Room was nice,breakfast was shocking,took nearly 40 minutes to come out,waitress asked us twice what we wanted and still came out wrong and cold. Very disappointed.

Can't fault the staff they where really helpful, and the breakfast where value for money. The rooms where clean. Downside not all the rooms where the same my mum didn't have anywhere to put her nighties etc, so her room wasn't value for money, she got move to a room that was the same as mine the rooms where basic and need a bit of a update the chair was too hard to sit on need a comfortable sofa chair the wardrobe and chest of draws where basic and need some decor as it was bland. The bed was not comfortable for me and the cover was bally needed replacing. The front area was lovely with the Christmas tree and decor. We had provisionally booked as I had been let down on two previous hotels and I don't think I would of found another hotel with three weeks notice.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They even found a parking space for my husband motorbike. The location is perfect for everything. The room was quite big and comfortable but the bed needs immediate replacement as the mattress was rubbish. The price was too expensive for a family room without breakfast but From the other hand I understand that the hospitality tries to recover from covid.

This is a clean, tidy and well organised hotel, with sincerely helpful staff, Inessa on reception was absolutely fantastic arranging a travel cot and making sure our stay was comfy as possible. Breakfast decent and service good. The negative reviews seem unfair to me, its nice enough!
