We had my Dad's wake at The Farm on 24th June and it was just lovely.Emma and her team couldn't have been more helpful and understanding of what my family and I wanted. We asked for a cricketer's tea and that's exactly what we got! The food was fresh and tasty, especially the cakes. You could tell they were all homemade.Emma also rustled up some sandwiches for a guest with dietary requirements last minute. The food presentation was lovely and the bar area was equally impressive. We had around 80 people and were not squashed in at all and the fairy lights made the atmosphere.I would highly recommend Emma and The Farm for your function.

Went in for a farewell meal with my friend before I depart for Australia. Staff behind the bar extremely friendly. Went above and beyond their duties when we were outside having our meal. I asked if the chap could bring me a glass of wine or did I need to go inside and order. He said you had to order at the bar but that he would go and bring it for me. Didn't expect him to carry out any additional work but he was more than willing to go the extra mile. Well done.. food was fab too.

Good service but not so good food. I ordered chicken wings for starters in breadcrumbs, but got chicken wings in some sort off sauce, I sent these back as not only was it not what I ordered, but not very nice. The waitress offered to take them off of the bill. Well l that was nice considering I didn't order them. The rest of the meal was mediocre at best. I won't be going back

Nice food and good prompt service. Plenty of chairs and tables which aren't too close to each other.

Absolutely lovely pub! Gorgeous twinkly lights festoon the ceiling making it a very relaxing/pretty environment, plus friendly and helpful staff. Spent a very enjoyable evening - will return.

Nice character pub, good beer and food, my one gripe was the online booking, this seems to be a third party app. I wanted to book an evening table for Valentine's dinner, the booking app said that there was no evening bookings as they were closing for a few days after 4pm. So we could only book lunch and had to be out by 4pm. After turning up for lunch, there was a big sign advertising Valentine's evening dinner, I was a bit cheesed off about that, however the lunch was good.

O. M. G. The most fantastic place that you could possible visit. So warm and friendly. The landlady greets every one like a long lost friend and her staff are the best the very best being Stacey. The most efficient bar person I've ever known. And the food is of the highest standard. I think it should be named the Fantastic Farm @ Friday Street. Thank you all of you for a wonderful evening out.
