Lovely lunch, we had cheese rarebit and salad followed by a honeycomb large ice cream sundae, yummy yummy

Ordered a macaroni cheese and had it delivered via Just Eat. First of all, the portion size that I received would have barely been enough for my toddler, let alone myself as a full grown adult. Then I thought well maybe the side salad (as advertised through Just Eat) will make up for it and be enough to fill me up but of course they'd forgotten to send it with my order. I rang the restaurant and said that I hadn't received my side salad and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I explained that I didn't think this was appropriate considering I had spent £10 and only received half a meal. She then said that it was only a little bit of garnish, rather than a full side salad (so, false advertising there). I then asked for a £5 refund since they only gave me half a meal and she said no, most she would do was £2. I then started to ask if they need my details or were they able to do it through Just Eat, and she just hung up on me so who knows if I'll even get the refund. Appalling portion size, appalling customer service and appalling attitude. I'd have had a better all round experience if I'd gone to Whetherspoons. The only good thing was speed of delivery, but I think that's more to do with Just Eat rather than Favoloso.

It was OK. If you are looking for a quick snack.We found the green ends of leeks, very tough to eat in their pie. Mushrooms in the steak and ale pie, bought for a mushroom hater. He picked them out but just tell us and we will choose something else.Service good and quick.Ice cream still great.

Great selection of meals reasonably priced. Ice cream very popular. Numerous ice cream sundaes to choose from.

Met up here before going to the Congress which is just across the road. Such a menu and portions are big. Had one of their specialty ice creams.

My husband and I went for a light pre-theatre meal yesterday. The food was good, nothing fancy but what we needed, I had a nice piece of quiche and he had whitebait. Service was efficient and pleasant, and unusually for a restaurant there was an excellent accessible toilet with lots of rails. I think it would be OK but not perhaps very spacious for a wheelchair user, but was perfect for him with his mobility issues. Thank you Favoloso.

Fabulous staff. We were looking at meal after a show and so we phoned to check availability and gluten free options. Manager was fabulous. Advised mums preference for fish and when we arrived it was cooked pto order with a special chef sauce. Nothing was too much trouble, the whole team went out of their way to make our meal enjoyable.If there had to be one comment with a slight bit of negativity to it, the ramp is a bit steep for wheelchair without an assistant but that easy to remedy by a wheelchair assistant doorbell outside.Ice cream lady and the polish gentleman both deserved a special mention. They were absolutely fabulous and made things so much easier for us. Keep up the good work.
