Hoi Sum in Eastbourne

Mind the step on entry. Friendly service. I have been for two meals here at lunchtime but both were mediocre.

First time going here and I can say wow very impressed and loved the food normally a fussy person when it comes to food !!!! I will definitely be returning !! 100% better then most of these big fancy restaurants

Fresh, tasty and hot food. Prawn Green Thai Curry was delicious. Brilliant service, very welcoming.

Went for a lovely dinner which was very tasty and the host seemed genuinely happy and engaging. Made us feel very welcome and very reasonably priced.

The food is delicious I can’t fault it and I am extremely fussy . We were looked after very well the staff are helpful and friendly and adjusted a couple of things we ordered to suit our needs. Exceptionally clean and lovely place to eat I will be returning without a doubt. Also very reasonably priced.

Lovely little restaurant and amazing food. We hadn’t booked but managed to get the last table, nearly all the tables arrived at the same time but the service was spot on and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful friendly staff .The food was ok not mind blowing ,I would know about Asian food being a Filipino.The location is brilliant because it means it's not too busy. The price point is ok for a quick snack but not cheap

Been going here every few weeks for more than 3 years and the food is still great. Hard to find in a back street but great food, friendly staff and clean restrooms, well worth the effort to eat there as it's location is a word of mouth secret, definitely recommend it over the other Chinese restaurants in Eastbourne.Would recommend calling ahead for a reservation as the restaurant has become very popular in the evenings.
