Hudsons in Eastbourne

Used to enjoy Hudsons but our recent visit in August was a disaster. Staff didn't know how to make anything we ordered, had to read from menu or online! Tables not cleared, vases with dying flowers. All very sad.

Myself and my husband went into Hudsons today for a couple of cocktails and what a disappointment. We ordered an espresso martini and an old fashioned.... Considering the prices to be handed the old fashioned with a "oh your meant to light the orange but never mind" is slighy annoying as it completely makes a difference to the drink. We let that go and thought we'd order something differwnt so we then ordered a purple rain which was fine but the screaming orgasm was awful. It was half empty and completely tasteless. Your cocktails arnt cheap Hudson's so if your going to charge these prices then make your cocktails worth the wait. We are Eastbourne after all NOT London..... #verydissapointed .....

Tried to sell us a booth for £350 with a private bar. We used the booth anyway without the bar and just walked upstairs to get drinks and saved ourselves £350. Was also cold.

One of our favourite places to visit when we come to Eastbourne, cocktails are amazing, staff are always polite and friendly and the sofa's are great for chillaxing! ☺️

Nice venue over 2 floors, good selection of drinks with excellent cocktails. Prices are expensive. Parking is tricky pay and display. Good staff.

Very cheap £9 for 2 glasses of Prosecco

Nice bar but has remained the same for years and it looking tired. They do plenty of drinks, sadly I had a terrible mojito which should be a staple drink to make. Overall staff are friendly enough.

Nice Atmosphere! Great selection of Cocktails and Beer and good prices! Recommend for an evening.

Whether you are looking for a chilled beer, a bespoke cocktail or anything in between, you can't find better in Eastbourne. A particular highlight is bartender James!
