Kfc in Eastbourne

I’ve just been to kfc I ordered a popcorn chicken meal with extra fries and 2 fillet burgers for the kids I didn’t realise it was so difficult to read off a receipt as they forgot the large popcorn chicken it’s not a big order so your either incompetent or just can’t be bothered to do your job right!!Either way maybe working at kfc is too difficult and it’s time to find a new career may I suggest road sweeping.I’ll go to McDonald’s now to add to my kids dinner

Great service and very quick too. Chicken is freshly cooked and delicious

Ist customer today and chicken breast on the bone was very dry I had mighty bucket hot chicken wings and boneless chicken breast was lovely very disappointed as I phoned into tell them and got told it's cooked fresh in morning this was not fresh I deliver to restaurants and they was amazed at the quality of the food not going back there

Generally a positive experience here. I usually order the zinger tower burger and sometimes it like eating at IKEA. You have all the parts but need to build the burger yourself.

Used drive through. Aside from the fact the order microphone is after the menu posters so you can't see them! (How hard can it be to have some common sense in design layout?)... order placed ok, not too long a wait at collection point. When we got home we found items were missing. Really annoyed but not worth the Saturday lottbridge drove traffic queues to go back and complain. This sort of thing is unacceptable. No excuses. Not even busy.

The kansas bites here are better than any other KFC I have ever been too! They put on so much sauce it's amazing. I come here very often and have never had an issue with any order. Quick, good food and good value for money.

Hadn't been before. Only went for my son.He likes it.However not helpful. Drove round missed the order point, is rather small, and not lit up well, or signed up well. aspecially in the dark.Anyway got to window said missed point. No que behind, but made to drive all the way round again. Not easy in large vehicle. 😕Could have took order, but to me not accommodating to customer 😕. Sorry.

Maybe just not for me not had a KFC for so many years and now I know why.Shared a small bucket of 6 pieces of chicken think it cost about £12; while the chicken itself was ok the actual coating/batter was so greasy I just had to take it off.I don't know if it is always like that, but not for me anymore.

Got order wrong, then again with the replacement. Food also not hot, just warm. No sauces, salt, or napkins given even when asked

I don't eat this often. 1 last year, 1x this. My last ever too. Skinny, dry, tiny chicken, synthetic gravy, chemically enhanced microwave rice. Soggy half cooked chips, KFC been consistent in that Dept for ever, & bizarre tasting fake mash. Sure, KFC is American, home to the worlds worst food, but this was just awful. Was in toilet 5 mins after. Just vile. £25 worth of nasty. Shop n cook nice for lessshopping
