One of the best restaurants in the country I’d say, delicious food (Muscles and Spaghetti Vongole), great service and superb atmosphere with nice music not too loud so people can talk comfortably!

Went with my daughter as a treat for Mother's Day to this lovely restaurant. The staff were professional but friendly and the menu very good. The seabass was to die for! Thoroughly recommend.

I called into this place one night when I had been to the theatre. It was gone 10 and the menu was limited to just pasta dishes. The place was quiet at that time with about 4 other tables in use. The staff were friendly and the food was served pipping hot and very quickly. I had meat balls and spaghetti.

My husband and I popped in with our 19 month old daughter for an early dinner yesterday evening and it was just lovely! Beautiful atmosphere inside, really friendly staff and great food ♥️They were fully booked that evening but they managed to squeeze us in, which we were really grateful for.Would 100% recommend going to this little gem in Eastbourne. We’ll definitely be back!

Avoid this place if you have young children! Waitress serving us was friendly, but we were made to feel very unwelcome by the manager because our young daughter was being a little bit noisy.Food was very average and a glass of wine was sent back as it tasted like wine box wine. Service was rushed as I think they wanted to get rid of us. Very disappointing considering the prices, which probably explains why this place was empty on a Saturday night.

Great lunch. It's been a few years since my last visit, and I believe the furniture has changed, but thankfully the food is the same as I remembered, that's very, very good. Greeted with a smile, quickly shown to our choice of table, and then onto the meal. There were 3 of us, 2 adults 1 child. First the drinks were quickly arranged. For starters I had whitebait, my grandson had Calamari, my wife passed. This arrived hot and fast and both were excellent. Melt in the mouth whitebait and perfectly cooked Calamari. For the main course my wife gad pizza Giardino, my grandson spaghetti vongole, and bisteca alla Pepe for me.Again, all arrived quite quickly, and it was glorious. My grandson loved the vongole, the pizza base was perfect and the vegetables were cooked just right for my wife. And finally the Bisteca, what a joy, 4 fillet strips that were bigger than a normal sized steak in most restaurant, a good helping of new potatoes and 6 vegetables. The steak was seasoned well and perfectly cooked in a peppercorn sauce. The veg all good.A great lunch. The service was fast and pleasant, and I had no feeling of being rushed or undervalued. The price was a little above some restaurants locally, but the large portions more than made up for this.If I have one complaint it was that the desserts were limited. Good enough but in this case, I would have preferred more choices.Having said that it was still a great experience and we will be returning for a family outing in the near future.I would highly recommend this restaurant.Thankyou Little Italy!!!

Fantastic service. Brilliant food. Great food. Best Italian in Eastbourne. It was our fourth visit to this restaurant. We save it for special occasions. It has never let us down. Would advise booking. Can't wait for our next visit

We visited here on Friday 26th early evening and wished we hadn't. I read the reviews before booking and don't know how they were so good. This had to be one of the worst meals we have had at a restaurant. When we arrived the place was totally empty and freezing. I had to put my coat back on. I found the staff quite miserable and they rushed us through the meal. In hindsight we should have left after the starter but we had a show booked and so we stayed. What an expensive mistake for us. We ordered focaccia but got bread cut into strips and toasted. The main courses were so bland and the cheesy garlic bread was so greasy and there was no garlic flavours in the meals. As we left so much they asked if everything was okay and we explained that we had not liked it. The owner said as we had eaten some we still had to pay for half of the meal. The bill was ridiculously expensive, £80. Butwe had not eaten it only tried it obviously. Have been feeling a bit queasy since trying this food and will never visit here again.

This is a really top Italian restaurant. I’ve lived in Eastbourne for over 10 years and my first visit, but will come back more frequently now I know. Service is excellent, food and menu perfect, the restaurant theming is really good and sets a lovely ambience. Well worth a visit, but I recommend booking as its very popular.
