McDonald's - Eastbourne 1 in Eastbourne

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. This I state after having been there 3 times. 1 for dining in and two for take-away.The attitude of the employees is indifferent and with no customer orientation, they forget to pack half of the items on the receipt despite having it in their hands while packing.The quality of the food is poor. Either the condiments are all over the place or there is too little. The fries are usually cold and the drinks are flat.The restaurant is dirty and worn down.I can only recommend to go there to pick up a simple order for takeaway. Otherwise stay away.

Very disappointed. Spent over an hour queuing outside, all because the clueless member of staff had no idea who was eating in and who was eating out despite people constantly telling her. They consistently kept prioritizing delivery drivers which is frankly disgraceful considering people are queueing outside waiting for food. The shop inside was packed and then had to wait another 20 mins for food to be given to me, with people who ordered after me getting food before me, which is utterly incredible. What on earth were the kitchen staff doing. I'm very, very disappointed.

I can appreciate a fast food restaurant in the centre of the town being busy, but the ground floor of the restaurant was sardine-packed with people waiting to collect orders with Just-Eat deliverers cramming themselves in. It seemed like they were the priority as I saw one driver revisit the restaurant multiple times in my wait.My son went upstairs to reserve a table and by the time our food was ready they closed it off. Thankfully a table became available downstairs, but given the number of patrons hugely insufficient seating.The food was luke-warm at best and very reluctant in giving any sauces out, but persevere and you shall receive. The amount of people loitering waiting for their order did make for some uncomfortable eating, which could have been avoided if the upstairs remained open.Definitely feel taking out would be a better option in future.

No point having a till when they ignore anyone standing there waiting for service. When you get service the food is incredibly slow to be given yet still cold. They focus more on delivering than they do the people who come in and the place is always dirty.

What a shambles, I was also told just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber orders take priority over anything else.Food is placed in a large metal try where there must of been 30 items in, it's then like a lucky dip for the staff to find what they need. You are given a number on your receipt but the orders are not given out accordingly, I was number 60 but 34 was called out and then 64, I waited 45 minutes for a kids happy meal and surprise surprise it was Stone cold when I received it. I didn't intend giving any stars but it won't let me post without giving at least one.

Extremely slow service. Order at 12.10 didn't get the food till 12.30. (I had only ordered a cheeseburger). Thought McDonalds was meant to be fast food- as this store isn't fast at all.We were going to sit in and order more food. However the tables weren't clean and no one had masks on walking around.

Filthy floor even though just opened. Filthy divide screens greasy floor. Eggshell in muffin. Muffin soooo hard. Received a refund but still disgusting 🤢

For a McDonald's that was nearly empty, it was dirty. Rubbish on the floor, toilets were bad. I don't even want to put my handbag on the floor. Lovely views upstairs, pity it's not looked after. Perhaps they need a member of staff to do some cleaning, clear tables sweep the floor, clean the toilets. Also you need a code to use their toilets. And staff just standing around talking.

Not the cleanest, especially the gents toilets. The wi-fi had no internet, I asked a white shirted member of staff if the wi-fi had internet working in case it was my phone. She just shrugged her shoulders, with a I don't know!

We got in here at 9.55am and ordered our breakfast on machine looked a bit busy but not packed. The machine didn't print our receipt, but not really a issue. At 10.29 my partner is still queuing for our breakfast. Up stairs in empty and most tables down stairs taken there is no queue out the door yet 35 min later still no food. People with table service have ordered eatten and left and we are still waiting. There is no explanation on why it's so busy without any many people here.
