So. Friday June 24th I went into this branch of NandosOrdered a bottle of wine and dinner for four people.I was told to go and sit down and the wine would bought over to the table.A few minutes later someone came to the table to tell me they didn’t have any in stock. So why allow me to order something you don’t have?I asked for a simple refund which they said they couldn’t do and had to fill out a form which then had to go through their head office, after which a refund would take place. This process I was told would take 2-3 day.A week later still no refund.I rang the store and was told to wait another 2 days for the refund as head office was closed at the weekends.A week passes. Still no refund.I rang again and ask to speak to the manager regarding this issue. Was told to hang on while she went through it and this would take 5-10 minutes.I told her I was not prepared to wait and she can call me back once she had found what she was looking for ( great customer service) 🙄Ten minutes later I get a call back. It’s going to take 10 days to give you a refund I was told. Why I asked? Oh because it’s head office that’s dealing with it.It’s now a month later. Still no refund.I have emailed their head office to complain and it says I would be replied to by the area manager with in 3-5 working days. And guess what? No response.Disgusting service and will never use this or any other Nando’s and again and will make sure everyone I know hears about this.

Great experience, will definitely go again. Easy to order via the Web, really clear nutritional information. Staff were smart and professional. Food was really tasty.

The restaurant was nice and cool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food wait wasn't too long and the taste of everything was good and the temperature was just right.Would visit this restaurant location again.

I went to nando's for the first time about 20 years it was absolutely delicious.Good portions good quality of food great seasoning. Etc.My husband and I went out to the beacon location after a movie for a little dinner, and I've never been so disappointed. The chicken was completely dull... the seasoning was blah, chicken was not crisp on the outside.. but soggy fat. Chips were not good and the spicy slaw was a joke.It was so blah it was like getting a delivery takeaway from an anonymous kiosk. It was hardly nando's worthy .The next day went down the street to a nice little Carib caf for some piri piri chicken, fantastic, cheaper, better portions...Guys. Get it together.

We visited on a Friday evening. The seater didn’t realise acknowledge us and placed us at a table squashed between two other tables. We decided to leave and ate elsewhere.I feel the seating plan needs to be reconsidered as there were many tables empty, yet lots of tables very closely packed together. It just didn’t feel like a nice dining experience unfortunately.Walking back from Nando’s, we walked past McDonald’s and KFC which both actually had a lot more spacious seating!

Lovely manager and chicken thigh burger was really tasty. Chips tasted like they had been reheated though but not really an issue. Wouldn't have the peri salted chips though, not needed. All in all it was very tasty and I enjoyed my first time at Nandos with wife and daughter!

Nandos have a great virtual queuing system. This means we can go about our shopping and be contacted when a table is free.My wife and I both had The Imposter, a tasty vegan addition to the menu. The sides staff offered us were the fries, seasoned fries or broccoli. If you look online and don't have allergies, you could also have the rice and garlic bread that are also vegan, but staff couldn't guarantee this.Due to current restrictions meant staff conduct table service, even doing your refills. For us this offered a better eating experience.I'm so pleased there is now a vegan option at Nandos so we can go as a family. Well done Nandos - now just turn it into a burger.

Nandos has been in UK since 1992.Although they serve Portuguese food, this big chain originates from South Africa. They started off in West London as a takeaway and began to pop up as a restaurant everywhere in 2013.You can now find Nandos in most modern gentrified malls, even at old fashioned Eastbourne which got a makeover.Decided to try the Eastbourne branch so I could compare it to London.Went there on a weekend evening around 7 before the dinner rush.Ordered and waited for the food to arrive. The wait was forever compared to London. We could see lot of meals were ready at the counter but no one had time or were too busy to bring them over to the diners.Apart from the wait, food was good with the usual choice of sauces at the bar.The menu offers more healthy choices than before like vegetables and vegan milk. For children they also offer Chilly Billy lollies as a dessert treat on the kids menu.

Great atmosphere. Spacious a perfect place for family gathering. I strongly advise anyone to pop in and try what Nando’s has to offer. Definitely will be back. Perfect to have a meal before or after shopping 🛍
