Papa Johns in Eastbourne

order took about an hour and a half and said it had been delivered on the tracking for a good half hour of that. Judging by other reviews its safe to say their tracking is never accurate.Food was below average, both Dominos and Pizza Hut in town are far superior

Discussing waste of money!!! Food didn’t come man must have eat it on way food was just left at door and no knock fox got have eat it

3rd time of delivery taking well over an hour and a half, Not acceptable. Domino's from now on, they deliver in 30mins and usually better deals. Just preferred the taste of papa John's. Regards a starving angry customer

What can I say? It's Papa John's, among the best pizzas available, always the freshest ingredients and polite staff. This Eastbourne location has been around for years and has a loyal following.

40 odd pounds worth of food was ordered , one of the employees said the food left the shop take away BUT IT NEVER DELIVERED in this Address, 5 Sicup close BN23 7LL LANGNEY EASTBOURNE. My 5 year old son was waiting for his pizza and Nothing came

I ordered 2 for 1 pizzas tonight (Tuesday offer) and one of the pizzas that arrived wasn’t what we ordered. I called them to report an issue and they were already aware of it. They immediately sent the driver back to re-deliver in no time at all and even let us keep the other pizza. Thank you Papa John’s 😉

Food was not delivered. I never had any calls from the driver, I eventually called the restaurant and the driver had returned without finding my address. They sent a second driver out who also failed to find an easy address, on a main road. Cancelled my order, Dominoes find my address easily... They were also happy to give me an hour old pizza instead of a fresh one.

Got exactly what we ordered and it was delicious and fresh. So much better than dominoes.
