Piri Piri Chicken in Eastbourne

The best food lovely service freshly cooked on the coals great atmosphere can not fault this place well worth the price and wait. Definitely coming back and I can't wait to taste the food again zero complaints thank you very much 🙂

terrible customer service, sat down and got asked to leave before ordering at the counter because we looked at menu online. workers very rude, asked for napkin and got ignored, bossman told me to throw away my EMPTY bottle and my berocca vitamin drink in the bin or threatened to kick us out otherwise.

Food was 40 mins late which wasn’t fun with 2 hungry toddlers. It was cold. Asked for kids lemon and herb chicken strips but got soggy nuggets and chips which they wouldn’t eat so had to give them my dinner. Chicken Strips in chick n rice meal were tiny compared to before and was picking hard edges of chicken off (obviously been reheated), and the price has gone up £1.60 with nothing to warrant it…Customer service is awful.It’s a shame as it used to be such a lovely place with lovely food that built a good reputation but they obviously can’t keep up with the demand. Nothing like it was before and definitely not the same quality it was once known for, another company that has got £££ greedy, lowered the quality and upped the price.

I ordered 10 pieces of chicken strips - they were very tender. The staff were friendly

Order was very late, I phoned the restaurant to get a update, the manger was very rude and said I was only after something for free. I only live round the corner and they said they dispatched it 25 mins ago. Food turned up eventually and as expected food was luke warm, never ordering from here again.

Food is delicious but both chefs look very messy all uniform coverd in red sauce and u could see they wiping there hands in it !! Not very appetising while you eating there

Food was nice but they cleared out tables when we went to the toilet to come back and we didn’t get to finish our drinks. Lady at the counter wasn’t very helpful she just said they must’ve chucked it away!

Top notch food never disappoints. I’ve been visiting this place spanned over 6 + years. I’m impressed with the business growth as well as there very own delivery cars, the attention to detail on packaging as well as newly built in store toilets that look fabulous! One thing I have to mention is the customer service is lacking a little. I feel there’s room for improvement here. I have felt rushed a number of times when ordering with dead pan faced monotone staff. Would be good if they include salt sachets on delivery’s as chips come unseasoned and if staying in hotel etc I have in edible chips.

I enjoy eating from this restaurant ,service is good and staff are welcoming the menu prices are wee bit expensive the portions are decent enough the restaurant layout is clean tables are wiped regularly i order a variety from the menu the flavour is outstanding and never seems to disappoint defo been visiting here a lot and will be coming back soon.

Great food, good people, excellent service, amazing environment. Star of Eastbourne, really great restaurant. They had shisha as well outside. Just wow
