Pizza Hut in Eastbourne

I dine in ever great pizza in this town I love the pizza,the town and just everything lovely

Really good pizza and great value combined with the salad bar.

Women power in action with a great male chef !Needed time to reconnect with my kids, great service....I'm Vegan and they helped with working our what I can eat. Two sisters working well together....we chatted about our disappointment in the male of the species.......conclusion definitely go back early in the week when less busy and understand the male of the species just cause you meet some wrong ones doesn't mean they all are. We just need to be abit picky with who we choose. Wise words, pizza, salad and ice cream for the kids. Happy Days

The staff were lovely and made our experience legally covid safe and gave us socially distanced area.However the baby changer in the disabled loo is near the red emergancy cord which is risky. The hand dryer is right by the side of disabled loo and goes off when you sit down. More money needs to go into places being safe for vulnerable disabled of all kinds people.

The worst pizza ever. Ordered a Pepperoni Feast on thin crust to take away. Got what felt like a large size cracker with a dozen slices of cheap pepperoni. Tasteless. At nearly £12, expensive for what is hardly a feast.

The restaurant is cashless and order via app and the WiFi was terrible. I found the app difficult to use but I would be fine with it a second time though. The food is good, it's generic pizza hut, which is good and I enjoyed it.

A really lovely warm welcome from an older male member of staff (I didn't get his name, beard Friday night 5/11/21)). He was very kind to our little boy and looked after us all night. Other staff were very good too.Food was good and we had an enjoyable evening. First time going to Pizza Hut but would go back.

I heard Pizza Hut was expanding their vegan menu so I thought I would go and check it out with my family.Upon arrival we were met by the manager who very kindly managed to fit us in despite being full and short staffed.Both my wife and I went for the vegan stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and my stepdaughter had a stuffed crust Hawaiian (I'm not judging). We all had a soft drink. I must recommend the cream soda and especially the black cherry cream soda.It was all ordered at the table on my mobile phone. This means we paid in advance, including the optional tip, which is hard to do in advance but as they were able to fit us in the tip was a must. It all came to £60 for the 3 of us.The pizza was smaller than expected, especially when you compare prices and size to the non-vegan Hawaiian. My wife called it 'vegan tax' and not something this branch is responsible for. I must say though, despite the size, it was certainly filling with the stuffed crust. I would love the option to have my pepperoni crispy around the edges, but this is a small thing.The 'free' salad with any main is great and helps the wait, which wasn't long, until the main event arrived.

First of all Staff are very friendly and helpful.I gave 2 stars for the pizza which was tasteless, lack of cheese, topping and it was very dry. Me and my partner ordered American Bbq pizza at the time. The side dish had more flavour ironically which were jalapenos poppers and chicken nugget. Pizza hut is the only pizza I like, I don't like dominoes at all and other supermarket pizza. But I won't go back to this Eastbourne pizza hut, hope it's gonna improve.

I ordered online for my daughter's birthday dinner, at her request and drove down. Outside the store was a big sign saying to order online (tick!) and then call the store to tell them I was there, then they would bring the order out.I called the store and the staff member who answered checked and said my order was in the oven and would be about 5 minutes.I sat and waited and waited and waited, assuming she had under estimated the time.... after 25 mins, which was now outside of the original pickup window I called again and the same lady said "I told you it would be ready in 5 mins". I said I was waiting for them to bring it out, as per the sign and she said I had to go in to collect it.So I went in to the restaurant and the staff member apologised and said that she didn't know what the sign said. Given there were at least 2 other members of staff inside, I find it hard to believe nobody on duty was aware of the 4ft high sign with the current company policy on it was there.So, luke warm pizza for dinner!✅ Order was 100% correct✅ Online ordering was easy❎ Collection was clearly a failure✅ Product was good, despite being only about 30°C when consumed.✅Offer chosen (2 x Large, 2 x sides and a drink) seemed reasonable value for money❎ No option obvious for a half and half pizza sadly
