Coffee was ok as were the cakes we ordered but young staff totally ignored us when we tried to pay. One even said I don’t even know what they had! The other said I didn’t even serve them! I could’ve easily told them. They then called for another lady who then totally ignored us at the front of the queue and totalled up the man standing behind us bill. Very odd customer service and has really put us off going again.

Poor customer service, staff are rude have no interest in helping customers, you ask them a question and they respond as if you have asked them to perform a miracle. The last time I used this the staff member tried to over charge me and when called out on it she responded ''oh you caught me''I use the Bexhill branch on a regular occurrence and its a polar opposite to this branch staff always happy friendly and willing to help.I recommend that the manager of this branch puts all staff through intense customer service training and teach them people skills. This would be a zero star review if it was possible.

Will not be visiting again now. Nearly every staff member in this place could not make it more obvious that they are not bothered and it feels like you are a hindrance to them by just being in there. I thought businesses wanted customers? This is contrast to the Bexhill location.

Cakes all looked good but shame about the lack of hygiene..a male staff did not appreciate me asking him not to handle the scones I wanted , but to use tongs, which were by the scones..(!!??) he then rudely proceeded to give me verbal rubbish as to why he didn't want to use..I am in catering...know how to handle food ....he does not

5 Stars for the sandwiches and the BAPs (paid £3.20 for a chicken salad BAP takeaway) The best place to grab a sandwich for lunch. However the coffee was very average, and the chocolate brownie was average.

First time I’ve been into shop,on a day trip down to Eastbourne from Croydon.Crystal and the girls made me feel very welcome as a couple are Palace fans. I got the beef pasties when I was in,I reckon them to anybody, they are delicious, will be back for more soon.👍

Got some sandwiches to take away. They were really great and the staff were lovely! Is wheelchair accessible, no complaints here!!
