Really tasty food best Indian in Eastbourne

·

Food and service amazing Would thoroughly recommend the food I'm really picky, and this is lovely, tastes fresh and nicely cooked

Sadly not up to scratch compared with some other local Indian restaurants. Very small portion of king prawns and the special fried rice lacked in flavour and tasted more like Chinese rice than Indian.

I used an online app to order food from here and it was...Gorgeous, flavoursome, delicately balanced, I was left feeling very satisfied and would recommend this establishment, 😀👍

Just had chicken madras and king prawn tikka. Delicious. Thanks guys. Hugo

Only had a take away, but it was great value and quality. Ample portions, wonderful taste and definitely a must...if like me you are visiting the area.Highly recommended.

Very disappointing. Ordered a large take away for 6 people to the value of nearly £70 with no complimentary poppadoms or garnishing on food. I was also charged delivery service, when supposed to be free. The biryani's were bland/tasteless and food was luke warm. The king prawn puri starter was not prawn, it was crayfish, with a large tail left in it. Very displeasing for a birthday meal . Spoiled our evening. Should have gone to Curry King. Won't use again.

Ordered food for six of us to be delivered. When it arrived we found that it was missing three dishes and another was wrong (we ordered prawn and they sent chicken).Rang up to tell them and the person answering was rude, first he said the missing items were in the bag (They weren’t, in 50 odd years on this planet I’ve learned to recognise an empty bag). Then he said he would send the prawn dish but not the other missing items. When questioned, he hung up.We rang back and someone else answered and agreed to send everything we’d ordered. When the driver turned up with it he said the manager had told him to tell us he didn’t want us to order from there again !We have used the Priti several times and found the food to be good but their attitude when asked to put right a mistake on their part was appalling. This isn’t the first time they have missed an item; they missed a dish off my son’s order a while back and finally delivered it four hours later but we decided to give them a second chance.I wouldn’t be ordering from them again even if I wasn’t banned for daring to want what I’d paid for.

Ordered a takeaway for delivery, and they said it would be an hour, we phoned after an hour and twenty minutes and were told it was on it's way. Two and a half hours later it arrived, completely cold. When we phoned to ask for an explanation, they didn't attempt to apologise, just said that we could have sent it back!! We have used this indian a lot, but never again and nor should you. Disgusting customer service!!!

Would have got five stars but we ordered through Just Eat and the food was cold. We were hungry and had waited an hour so just ate it. Other than that the food was lovely
