Ramo's in Eastbourne

Have used Ramos for some years now, but have noticed the quality of the products have gone down, different type of chip used not nearly as good, no more nice boxes that the food was served in, smaller portions. Will look to eat else where from now on. Shame used to be great food.

When the guy gave us our order and asked if we had eaten here before and I said No. he confidently said you’ll be back… challenge accepted. Very friendly people and the burger was great. 🤤🤤 We WILL BE BACK!

I have got a takeaway from here a few times and they have never disappointed.Amazing burgers! Finally found somewhere that cooks bacon well done. The ranch loaded fries have to be my favourite item on the menu.

Used to love Ramo's, but not anymore. This will be our last ever order. Placed an order via their website for delivery at 6.45pm (because that's when we knew we'd be ready to eat). They seemed to ignore this and delivered 30mins early - so food was going cold by time we ate. Order chilli loaded fries with no BBQ sauce. Came with BBQ sauce - it was all we could taste. And honestly, not worth the money (tried Chicken and Bacon loaded fries last time - also not worth it). And burgers not as good quality as before. So disappointing!!! Will be going elsewhere in future.

Not sure how the reviews have been so resoundingly positive? Advertised as ‘gourmet’ burgers which cost around £10 but taste like basic burger-van burgers you can get for £4. Not great for taste or quality. Also pretty gristly.Also, £6 for 8x nuggets, were expecting something more substantial than tiny kids frozen looking things. Daylight robbery @ £30 for 2x people, for 1x ‘gourmet’ and 1x ‘saver menu burger’ + a portion of over priced nuggets.

Amazing burgeres !! Prince quality it's what makes this burgers so good !I had the experience of eating in and out and both of the times it was really good !Big fatty burger full of sauces . Chips on cracking point !Staff really polite and the service was super fast 👍

A little gem hidden away in the back streets or Eastbourne. My fiancée and I travelled from Essex for a night away and searched lunch while sat opposite this place. Fantastic service, fab food and complimentary chips for an incorrect order. Thank you Ramos for starting our weekend off with a bang!!
