Simply Patisserie in Eastbourne

I enjoyed everything I ate. Only the earl grey tea wasn't the best. I will repeat the visit anyway.

Met a friend for coffee. Next time lunch !!!As promised we went for lunch, and what a lunch it was. Delicious!!Great place before a Matinee at the Congress.

Simply Patisserie. Simply Perfect.Cheerful, friendly, relaxed, family atmosphere.Delicious, fresh, home cooked, colourful, interesting food, shakes and cakes, served with a smile.I wholly recommend this gem of a restaurant to all who visit Eastbourne. And I can't wait to return.

Simply my favourite place to lunch in Eastbourne. The salads are varied and exciting (never thought I'd say that about a salad!), Mediterranean flavours. And the cakes are irresistible. It does get very busy so best book a table. Seating outside is noisy due the bus stops. The staff are super-friendly and it's a great atmosphere.

Wonderful food at this excellent South Street eatery!Fried egg and salmon baguette with a salad was so tasty! Kind, helpful staff! So many lovely, delicious cakes, sandwiches, savoury items on offer! Nice latte! 10 out of 10 guys!

Found this place for the first tine yesterday. Loved it so much I came back today with my friend. She loved it too. We both had delicious quiche (crust less Mediterranean and cheese & onion) with lovely mixed salad and coleslaw. I enjoyed the big hot chocolate both days, perfect way to warm up on such a wet and windy Dec day. Unfortunately I don't live in Eastbourne, but I'll certainly come back again when next in the town. Great food and friendly staff: it's a great cafe with a good selection of both sweet and savoury treats.

Love it. The guy here was very nice and kept the café open for a bit longer, I can see why it has such good reviews.The cakes were lovely, but so were the mezze plates. They were all reasonably priced as well. This must be the best café in Eastbourne.

This place as the name says is simple and charming at the same time. Lovely staff, great sandwiches and variety of cakes. For anyone who likes pineapple do ask them for fresh pineapple juice which is one of the best I have ever had. I am glad that our hosts recommended this place while we were around.
