Tasty Wok in Eastbourne

Waste of money, over cooked chips, pancake roll filled with beanshoots and nothing more, and chicken curry made with I don't know what, that big lump of slimy meat

Disappointed but not surprised with the quality of the meat in my special noodles which I got in five minutes after ordering. It obviously wasn't cooked fresh as it was burnt and dry. Didn't taste great either. Noodles were slimey with not much flavour. The salt and pepper wings were very hard/crunchy and had just been reheated in the wok with the chopped up mush. It came in a big container as most of it was filled by the tips of wings which were not edible.

I won't order from here again .the curry meat very chewy and fatty the curry sauce was horrible to like a chemical taste

Oh my god… this is by far the most delicious Chinese in the whole of Eastbourne. I cannot recommend this Chinese takeaway enough! Thank you Tasty Wok for the yummy food!

I asked locally if this Chinese had changed hands , after our meal tasted disgusting like a chemical taste, we used to order regularly from them and never had a problem. No-one appeared to know and their FB page is no longer there, so thought it was a one off . My daughter ordered from them the other evening and the whole family were ill after, so it's very hit and miss , as people still recommend this place !

I'm surprised this place gets good reviews here when on Trip Advisor there are far more reflecting the experience I had. Their time estimates for food is very optimistic and the quality low. We've ordered from here twice now and have been disappointed both time. We won't try again.

I have to say this is one of the best Chinese takeaways in Eastbounre. Ordered this for dinner for me and it was delicious. Salt and peper prawn was crunchy and yummy, love it!! quick delivery, friendly service, and I would order here again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Its bloody awful!!The waitress taking our order was really unfriendly, and rushed us through the ordering process.1 hour and £30 'down the toilet' it arrived, and it was just lukewarm.The Seafood mixed platter did not contain a Single Prawn, just a seafood mash.The spare ribs were so fatty the cat is still puking 30mins later... (not a joke)The other mains were so fetid, soggy, and gloopy we just binned it.We tried to complain, and to get my money back and was told to return it to the shop. We had binned it, and explained they can collect it. No chance. 'Return it or No refund.' In all seriousness have you ever tried to scrape cat vomit off the carpet??? (she tried a spare rib)Our advice? Save your money and go elsewhere.

Always had a good Chinese from here. Delivery can be a bit slow sometimes but they are always very busy. The Vietnamese spring rolls are amazing! This is our go to Chinese in Eastbourne!

So glad we found this take away, being gluten free it can be challenging but the Tasty Wok are very helpful and offer this option. The foods great and delivery available. Always hot and fresh has not disappointed can’t wait for another take away
