The Boardwalk in Eastbourne

Great location followed by a plentyfull selection of food. The food which I ate was great and filled me up with a great selection of flavours. Would recommend to anyone stopping for lunch on Eastbourne seafront.

Ridiculously overpriced - £16.45 for two coffees and two sandwiches! Sandwiches were not even fresh but prepacked and the coffee was tasteless. Also fairly unfriendly service. Wouldn't recommend

Great location and a nice little place to eat with your family, social distance is adhered too at all times with a one way system.Reason for only giving two stars is the cake we ordered was very stale and must of been there awhile, when taken back to the lady behind the counter said "what's wrong, wheres your receipt" so I had to go back to my wife who brought it and get the bill, then when went back to get my money she said "I'll give you another peice" even though already stated I want a refund, and then got the receipt walk off in the huff to get the money out the till slammed the money on the counter and then threw the slices of cake In the bin in the huff!I came here to visit my great grandma who I've not seen in 5 months and this was where we selected to be treated like that to be honest is disgusting!Staff member maybe needs more training or having a bad day but either way for the price they charge I would expect better quality.

Great coffee, nice location. Would have been 5 stars but they allow dogs and our last visit was ruined as a customers dog kept barking, and the last straw was when it broke wind. Absolutely disgusting smell, when trying to enjoy our coffe and cake.
