The Conservatory Restaurant at Langham Hotel in Eastbourne

Unfortunately, as a Vegan , I was let down. The kitchen and serving staff had no understanding of what being vegan meant. We were asked how we would like our eggs , despite previously advising 2 minutes prior that we were vegan, no animal products.We suspect we were served meat sausages today as they were different than the sausages served yesterday , highly offensive to a Vegan.A real shame as the room was fantastic and high quality but let down by the hotel not educating it's staff on vegan food.

We liked the ploughmans so much, we went back to the Langham today for lunch and another fab ploughmans, this time with ham and brie. Was lovely and plenty of food between the 2 of us. No complaints here just great food and wonderful service.

This hotel is amazing, such presion to detail in their beautiful decor. First class.Food is outstanding. I had mussels in white wine and then mushroom risotto, both were amazing.The staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you.I would highly recommend a sea view room.

Love this hotel so much we have a family weekend here most years. This year newly refurbished rooms are stunning all the staff and owner Neil are just the best you know you are going to be so well looked after by wonderful people 👏

Excellent hotel. Staff and owners cannot do enough for you. Food plentiful excellent quality. Will definitely be returning next year. Thank you all at the Langham for making our Christmas so do special as normal. Happy New Year to everyone. Xx

Amazing staff, real old fashioned, good quality service. A refreshing change in this world. Very clean, breakfast, although not overly generous, was in fact perfect and obviously high quality ingredients.Fairly prices in bar and room service tooWill definitely be back

Stayed for 1 night in December 2021I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this really is very nice. The parking is easy, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice (some squeaky floorboards, but it is an old building).BUT THE BREAKFAST - 1 small sausage, 1 rasher of bacon, 2 tablespoons on scrambled egg, 2 tablespoons of baked beans, a few mushrooms and a slice of fried bread the size of a playing card. Just not enough after a night out.

Lovely place to visit for afternoon tea. Visited today as a group of 4 and were immediately made to feel welcome. We had an allergy in our party that was catered for brilliantly which showed good attention to detail on their part and they still provided a delicious selection of food. We were also celebrating a birthday, and once we finished lunch the waiter surprised us by bringing out a beautifully iced sponge cake which said happy birthday on top. A very thoughtful touch which we certainly did not expect! All in all a fantastic place to visit for afternoon tea, and the rest of the hotel looked very ornate too (in a characterful way) if that's also what you're considering.

Just had three days at the Langham . Accommodation fantastic , our room was squeaky clean. Bed was very comfortable. The food was excellent with a great choice. The staff were polite and extremely professional, nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable lounge and bar area. A very well run Hotel and a notch or two up from most, can't wait to return, thankyou.

Lovely place for dinner, lunch or afternoon tea. They make you feel welcome from the time u walk in. The restaurant is beautiful. We had lunch in there bar and enjoyed the sea views. What is also good is they cater for allergies too. Would highly recommend
