The Incredible Cake Company in Eastbourne

Found this by chance after changing our Civil Partnership to a marriage at the Town Hall 👰🏼‍♂️👰‍♂️.What a find, 🍰 cakes are on another level, completely yummy and moorish.This will now be our coffee & cake shop ☕🍰.Delicious, what a start to our special day 😁

They are very kind, the orange almond and star anise cake was perfect. Reminded me the semolina cake from Istanbul.

My husband and I got married in September 2021 and we had been having a tough time trying to decide on the type of cake that we wanted so eventually we decided on having more than one and found the Incredible Cake Company. They made us an 8" iced Victoria sponge to cut and then a coffee cake and a lemon cake and a range of various flavours of cupcakes and they were all delicious! We couldn't have been happier x

Helen did our gorgeous wedding cake, it was a 2 tier sponge (bottom layer victoria sponge, top tier chocolate ganache). It was absolutely delicious! She took great detail to get everything looking how we wanted it. The flowers she made matched by bouquet which was really lovely. There were so many compliments on it. Thank you so much Helen

Helen made our wedding cake and is incredibly talented. As well as looking amazing it tasted amazing and the customer service we received was brilliant. We got exactly what we asked for, including two tiers of differing types of cake, one of which was dairy free. She even managed to deliver the cake in tact after having driven down a very bumpy and steep unmade road! (should have warned you about that, sorry!) Thank you so much for making our day with your cake!

Even when I used to live in London and was down in Eastbourne I always tried to get there for the cakes and cupcakes. Absolutely love those. It always makes me day!!

I am so glad I discovered The Incredible Cake Company and asked them to make our wedding cake! Helen is so talented and after visiting the shop to try out cake samples, we put together some ideas for a cake. Helen came up with the most amazing design, and when it came to the wedding day we were blown away with how impressive the cake looked. No more Starbucks for me!Discovered this little place by accident and it is lovely. Great atmosphere, really nice coffee, and yes, incredible cakes! I mean truly stunning.
