Much improved.First visited The Lamb prior to the pandemic and was disappointed by smeary glasses and cutlery and so so food.A recent visit found this previous experience was either a one off or there has been a general improvement. Warm friendly service, glasses & cutlery sparkling and our food tip top. Will gladly return.

Bloody nice pub and dn good service. Food was great, a touch pricey, but great! The apple crumble could do with way more actual crumble though 😘

A lovely pub in Eastbourne's Old Town, nicely kept and with a friendly welcome. We visited for a quiz night and were pleased to see a special quiz night menu to go with it. We will definitely visit again soon.

One of my favourite bars . Extremely atmospheric and especially lovely in Autumn and winter. But fabulous staff all year round . Great food🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had 2 Tagliatelle and 3 roasts ...food was absolutely amazing . Portions were huge and the food was so fresh and cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble for our delightful Courtney... everything we asked for , she delivered ...and with a lovely smile too.I couldn't recommend this place enough ...if we're in the area again I would def come back...Brilliant value for money ...quality food, quality service .

Really friendly service, great pub food, lovely atmosphere when we had dinner there on Friday night. It was busy so we were right to book the day before. The cod & chips and the steak and ale pie were delicious!

Excellent stay here for a few days. Comfortable, spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Great food & beers. Friendly, helpful staff. Bus stops less than 50 yards away.

Stopped here for dinner while staying by the beach. Beautiful old building (1240 A.D.) immaculately maintained. Our dinner was incredible. If I ever get a chance to return to Eastbourne, will definitely spend a couple of nights in this inn.

Delightful cosy pub with cheerful, friendly, helpful staff. I had the baked camembert for starters, followed by calves' liver which was incredibly tender. Wonderful experience and the overall cost is good. Would not hesitate to visit again!

We had a family meal here yesterday and we were given the room upstairs to use as we had vulnerable members of the group. The staff were amazing, could not do enough to help and the food was lovely. Can not praise highly enough. Thank you for a lovely meal in difficult circumstances and times.
