A great place to spend an hour or two. The decor and atmosphere is relaxing, the food is delicious and the owners made us super relaxed. A hidden gem in the town.

Comfiest cafe chairs in Eastbourne and the lemon cake is out of this world! Fabulous cafe with a cosy vibe, arty decor, lovely owners and scrumptious food. Perfect place to chat with friends, chill with a book, or a pad and pen for a few hours.

Had a lovely lunch there today. So glad they made it through Covid lockdowns as we missed our regular visits. The food and cakes are freshly home made and delicious. Highly recommend this little gem of a café.We'll be back very soon.

Friendly, relaxing and family run local business, which are all positives! Had the Brie, Cranberry & Pancetta Ciabatta and it was absolutely delicious. Followed up by a slice of freshly made Coffee Cake, which was also fantastic. Thoroughly recommended 👍

My visit to this new and peculiar one left me a bittersweet flavor. The decor is very good and welcoming. Sandwichs can be improved. There is No WiFi, but the most striking is not that. The most striking is the owner answer when the customer ask for WiFi. "I am the owner and I do what I Want " I think it's a little bit impolite. The receipt is a piece of paper that she cut with Scissors without specifying the prices.

The best Oat Milk latte is served at The Olive Tree! Charming owners who have the gift of making every customer feel welcome and special. Refreshing not to have WiFi. I could sit and read my book here all day; and drink coffee!
