This is a good place to go, either just for a coffee or a really lovely meal. It's nice to sit either inside or outside and I visit here quite regularly with friends

I ordered the Thai red curry and it turns out it’s not spicy and that it was mostly vegetables the prawns are really small I don’t suggest this dish. this service is average but I think it’s because of me coming on a Sunday afternoon. When I got my food it was not hot it would more like a medium temperature. Overall it was not so great but I think it would have better service on the week days then on the weekends.

I went on Sunday afternoon and my parents ordered the Sunday roast the beef was nicely cooked, but the potato was a little under seasoned for my taste . The service was slow but I think it’s because it was a Sunday. Overall only ok

Just had my birthday meal here. The food and service was really good the specials were great and so was the steak. They laid the table for us how we asked for. Great job guys

Absolutely lovely pub. Beautiful decor and comfortable seats. Lovely garden and great food. The staff are friendly and polite. They are able to put a ramp over the front step to allow wheelchair access which is brilliant.

The owner was lovely and so was the food we had a roast dinner (beef and chicken) with dessert at the end 😚

Top class pub. Really nice sunny beer garden with very comfortable furniture. The staff and friendly and cool. Nice beer options and the food looked nice. If you haven't been ... Go!

Amazing staff, very nice place.Tasty starters: hummus and small fish. Pate a bit too bitter for me.Jacked potato, delicious. Fish and chips very tasty.Highly recommended. The Ship Inn, thank you very much for a nice dinner. See you again.

Cosy pub, nice location, friendly staff. However, the food was pretty poor. I ordered the chargrilled chicken with fries. The fries were quite greasy and the chicken was terribly overcooked. Left half of the chicken because of this.
