Tuk Tuk Indian Street Food in Eastbourne

Great tasting food. The issue is with the portion sizes because for an Indian restaurant they are tiny. I left the restaurant still hungry.

Great food, really fresh and great service. Plenty of veggie food. Fair prices as well. Highly recommend on the basis of our visit.

Absolutely fantastic food, fresh ingredients cooked perfectly. Great service, very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the Chicken Kathi roll and the Thali. Will definitely go again when I'm next in the area. 10/10 👏

Went for the meat Thali, we nice because they were happy to change the lamb dish for chicken at request, was very filling and with a good variety of dishes. I would deffinatly order it again however would like to try the main dishes next time. The only gripe I have is the poppadoms were served with a watery mango sauce not a chutney which was a shame and the raiti style sauce was also lacking in substance, there was also no lime pickle or chilli variants. This is a shame because when you go to an authentic Indian restaurant you want that spice to be there.I understand you cater for an English pallet but I think maybe just warn customers before they eat and let them enjoy the adventure, all in all not bad but with some minor tweaks it could be a real hot spot for an Indian restaurant.

From the moment you step in, it feels warm and welcoming, a really nice atmosphere.The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Served with kindness, a smile and even a laugh or two.I would definitely recommend this place and will very likely be returning.

First time visit last weekend and was really suprised. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best Indian food I've had. The staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly and highly recommend.

So glad we chose to eat at Tuk Tuk. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lots of choices on the menu to choose from. I decided to go with the meat Thali which was a selection of 2 chicken,1 lamb, rice, Dal, potatoes, nan bread and a samosa. Everything was excellent and the lamb was tender which was a bonus as it can be a bit chewy most of the time. Prices are reasonable. It did get very busy so it's recommended to book a table beforehand.

We had a amazing meal here. My husband had the seafood Thali and I had the Vegetarian Thali. The food was freshly cooked and really tasty. The people were all very friendly. I was visiting Eastbourne for a few days but if I lived there I would be dining at this restaurant all the time. Seems popular place to eat.

We booked this restaurant well in advance to our trip, when we arrived at our hotel we were actually recommended to come here! We arrived an hour early just by chance to see if we could get in as we were starving🤣 and there was no problem, our table had already been set out for us! The food was amazing, and very reasonably priced. Thank you once again for not only the amazing food, but your lovely service 😁

I was so happy to see thali on the menu and it turned out picture perfect and above that tasted great. Food just tastes right with correct amount of spices so that we had it for two consecutive nights while we were around. The staff was welcoming even when they had reservations.I would love to see more vegetarian options sometime.
