Great for a coffee, but overpriced food and staff a bit lost when it comes to customer service.

Definitely one of Eastbourne best coffee shops. A great selection of all sorts from exotic coffee to Lebanese flat breads. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Great coffee shop just off the main high street. Lovely owners. Perfect alternative to all the high street chain coffee. Delicious coffee. Slightly a shame that it only opens at 8:30 therefore difficult to grab before work.

Just another bog standard cafe that can't be bothered making its own cakes. £3 for a tiny commercially made sponge cake, daylight robbery, Coffee is good though, and sandwiches? Some are pretty bad, while others just about pass muster.

Freshly made sandwiches, toasties and light meals using high quality ingredients including artisan breads. Mouth watering home baked cakes and pastries if you have any room! Vegan options (worth trying). All served by professional staff with a smile. There's a good reason why Urban gets so busy and both Bolton Rd and South St have a set of loyal.regulars.

The best matcha latte in Eastbourne. Also, the staff there are fantastic people, always very friendly and helpful. Try their avocado on toast if you haven't yet!
