Urban Jade in Eastbourne

Beef chow mien was bland and the beef was very chewy.Also the chips were half cooked.Very disappointing.

Disappointing service. Pre ordered before restaurant opened for 7.10, food arrived over an hour late with no communication from restaurant. Tried first time tonight for something different, will be sticking with what we know in future.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a take a away which arrived with ribs instead of chicken in black bean and no salt and pepper chicken. Phoned and requested this be amended and that we should have fresh rice and was told that the rice would still be warm when the replacements arrived by a very rude man. What worries me is that he suggested heating the rice up in the microwave! When it arrived they only sent one of the missing items! Would recommend avoiding

We ordered our first family takeaway from Urban Jade last week and were very impressed with the taste and quality of the food, the large portions and reasonable price plus the meals were piping hot. What amazed me the most was that we ordered at peek time on a Friday evening, they gave us forty minutes delivery time and it turned up in twenty and the delivery driver was very friendly. We're looking forward to ordering again soon.

Great Chinese food, order from them regularly and everything I’ve tried has been delicious! Ordered today and they made a mistake but rectified it in 5 minutes and gave us a complimentary dish. Always really friendly and lovely service. Glad to have a good local takeaway!

Really unhappy with Urban Jade. Tonight I ordered Chicken Chow Mein and there was next to no chicken in it. I separated it out and it wasn't even a mouthful. "I took it straight back and the man told me that's what you get" I pointed out that I would expect a bit more than mostly plain noodles with a garnish of chicken for £5.60 and he said because I'd touched it he couldn't do anything. I said I wanted my money back and he said he'd give me 50% so I told him to keep 100% and left it with him. I wouldn't be surprised if it went straight in the pot again!Very poor customer service!

Absolutely delicious! Food arrived earlier than expected, but it was hot and incredibly tasty. Even my fiancè cleared his plate, and he is pretty hard to please when it comes to takeaways! We will certainly use again and would recommend to anyone.
