Best Fry in Eastleigh

Excellent fish and chips, for which customers come from a wide area. We are lucky to live so close! The mushy peas are a bit too mushy, so we buy a tin, but that's a very small negative.

I really loved sausage and chips from there. There chips are absolutely gorgeous, could do with a few more in a portion. I think the staff are very welcoming, never had a problem. Keep doing what you are doing. 😀

By far Best Fry serve the scrummiest fish & chips. Portion size is spot on with fluffy potato not soggy chips. The fish is perfectly flaky with a light batter.As a treat we’ll share a pea fritter as well!We got to know the team really well over the first covid lock down. We were furloughed, so joined in helping deliver to their vulnerable customers. I saw first hand how thoughtfully they treat customers old & new over those tough times. Never fazed always friendly. So pleased BF are my local fish’n’chippy

We have fish and chips every Friday lunchtime. The chips are good and the batter on the fish is nice and crispy. The staff ate very friendly and give very good service

Great local chippy serving superb Fish and Chips with happy cheerful staff. Never had a bad experience and would not dream of going elsewhere - keeping it local.

Absolutely brilliant. The battered cod is second to none and the chips are really good. The staff aren't too bad either. 🙂

The owner needs to sort his/her attitude out the 2018 award has gone to there head an its all gone downhill from there

Very rude staff along with the supervisor that was on shift. I asked for a fish cake in a bun and was told I could only have lettuce in it (one flimsy leaf) or pay 50p for ketchup (I spent over £6 that day). The staff were like kids at a play ground especially the chubby boy ! No customer service at all ! Worst fish and chip shop I've ever been too. AVOID

Very expensive and the worst cod and chips I have had for a long time. The batter was vile, uncooked and nearly as thick as the fish which was very thin. Won't be going there again.
