Burger King in Eastleigh

Quick service and good food (really like the flame grilled burgers), though the drinks options for junior meals are limited to water or milk so tricky choices as the twins do not like fizzy pop. The restaurant table we dined at was cleaned before the meal, though the seating was very worn and in need of replacement. Parking on site had spaces available at the time of visiting.

Does not even deserve the one star. Waited ages for our meal only to get cold food when asked for a burger to be warmed up was given the same burger back just wrapperd up cold again, stale bread cold food torn damaged seats. Definitely do not recommend wont be visiting again. To the young girl there having an interview please find a better place of employment

My daughter's burger was cold, so we're chips. She changed burger but that was awful too. Absolutely awful food! Won't go there ever again. Food poisoning nightmare!

Sat 11/12/21 20.34pm Drive through order, told to find a space in crowded car park and wait for order, asked for condiments with meals. Should have refused meals as was barely warm, and also the burgers looked like they were chucked together from 6ft away! And no condiments in the soggy bag.Wont be visiting Southampton Swaythling branch again.

The BK has a small seating area it is mostly used for drive thru this BK was clean the chips were crispy we ordered the argentinian brioche burgers with chimmichurri herb style sauce no complaints here.

Being an avid Burger King lover for many years 😂 I was so disappointed visiting Burgess road BK today. We ordered two large whopper meals. My whopper arrived squashed and flat plus freezing cold. The burger bun was stale and the contents inside was plastered in mayonnaise with hardly any lettuce and no onions, the burger was so dry with weird shaped swirl indentations on it? Being the greedy person That I am one didn’t want to be defeated but the chips were so cold and hard and arrived small (when we paid for large) that yes I took back a piece of left over burger to show the manager. The reaction from the manager was expected “well you’ve eaten it? But yes Tammy did I enjoy it? NO! And now after being home a couple of hours I now feel really sick ! Never touching this place again .

Normally it is ok but would be better if they serve the food warm. (Eat in) Reply: well, I like the taste and I will visit BK as usual but I'm afraid my friend is not going to visit any BK after tonight's fiasco.

Awesome, haven't been in ages. Good serviced. Good food. Chips were not hot just warm hence only 4 star.

Don't bother ordering for delivery because part of your meal will be missing! Every time from this bk something is missing I won't bother again! spent £30 and 3 kids meals had no fries! Yet there are two checked stickers on both of the two soggy bags, don't bother to try and ring the store as no one answers the phone after ringing 5 times still no answer, zero care, zero customer service, and the food that did arrive was barely warm, hope you enjoy my hard earned cash and my kids fries that are still in your fryer, totally useless.

They forgot one item from my drive thru meal, and got one drink wrong. Basic stuff. But otherwise the food was fine and they fixed the order when I asked.
