Caffe Nero in Eastleigh

Always great coffee & warm welcome on a very wet day. 👍🏾

Never over busy when I go there. Helpful staff, clean and light.

Well well it certainly not as good as it used to be, I guess I need to find another place to have coffee. Greeted not with a smile and latte was not its usual standard, the shop smelt of wee. Not nice ambiance to have on a Saturday afternoon... not nice.

Staff are also so professional yet casual with eachother. Giving a sense of calming energy in the air, plus a beautiful Coffee.. combined together makes it a nice place to be.Chairs need replacing they're in a terrible state.

Nice shop, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, probably the best tasting hot chocolate in Eastleigh but the mugs it was served in (if you could even call them that) were terrible and it was a little overpriced compared to other cafes nearby.

One of my favorite place to eat out. They do have some good vegan and vegetarian options. If you are vegan or vegetarian food lover, I will surely recommend Caffe Nero.And yeah how I can forgot Coffee and Tea option. They have good flavors. I am particularly fan of Chai Latte.

Wonderful coffee and cake. Good service by staff. Immaculate and clean. Warm seating area... Toilets nice and clean. Plenty of choice for either cake sandwiches biscuits etc

5* because of a barrista there who offered to carry my cakes for me and then brought a blanket out for my dog to sit on and then brought my dog a vegan icecream! Was so lovely to have my dog made so welcome.😊🐕 We'll definitely be back...dont think my dog will let me walk past again!!!

Have been a regular in the Eastleigh branch for a while now, having always preferred Nero over the other bigger brands. Their specialise Caramelatte has been a favourite for a good while, but their other drinks are all really lovely too. Milano hot chocolate as well as salted caramel frappe are a must try in my opinion.

Love this place. We have been coming here for the past two years and the experience has been always great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, coffees are great and the place itself is very cozy.Location-wise is perfect as it is between the main two streets and just one minute away from Vue cinemas.Our favourite coffee place in Eastleigh
