China Wok in Eastleigh

Waited over 1hour 15 mins for a delivery and we live half a mile away.Had to ring to find out how long it would be.When it arrived it was over cooked and cold had to reheat it and it tasted awful.We have used this takeaway many times but it has really gone downhill lately but thought we would give them another try Should have asked for a refund.what awaste of money!! But will not be using them again !!

Sadly very dissatisfied after around a year or so of regular custom. Food came cold and later than told with no communication from the restaurant.

Live 2 miles away, happy to pay delivery charge. Menu states no minimum order so don’t understand the order of £11 being declined. Didn’t catch the notice on the menu for selective service. I’ll take my custom elsewhere no problem.

After calling up to check my order and ordering a vegetarian dish, they send me a dish filled with chicken. Then did not answer the phone so I was stuck with a meal I couldnt eat with no way to fix the peoblem. Never ordering with them again. If you don't eat meat or you just like to receive the correct order, then don't use this service.

This is the second time in two weeks we have requested an order to be delivered and it has been declined....???? we are happy to pay the delivery charge..so how disappointing..if you are short on delivery drivers then I suggest you pay them more or declare on JUST EAT You do NOT offer a delivery service.

Cancelled our order because 'last time they delivered to us it took them half an hour to find the address.' Despite the fact that we live on a main road and they've actually never delivered to us before. Unempressed.

Ordered over an hour ago... just rang to see where it is and have been told another 30 minutes! First time of ordering from here, let's hope the good is good when it actually arrives!!!Update: they called to say they can no longer deliver!!! Great, thanks for that. Could of told me this 1 hour 45 minutes ago when I Ordered!!!

Ordered through Just Eat. 20 mi.s after I ordered they phoned to say that they had cancelled as I was too far away from them 3.1 miles and they were too busy. Having delivered to us before I really don't understand. Secondly when I asked for a refund the guy stated they were too busy to refund it and I would have to wait until they close!! No apologies at all. Don't touch them no customer service and mediocre food.
