terrible service messed up the order and then hung up the phone when we called about the messed up order never order from there

Very hot food, delicious burger and pizza!

Just ordered today and it was the best pizza we have had in years, ordered online and was cooked and delivered within 20 minutes of ordering, generous with toppings and cooked to perfection, will definitely be ordering again, fabulous service x

If there was a minus rating we would give them less than 0. Food didn't arrive. Rang and asked and they hung up. Rang them on repeat for a long time ( approx 1 hour) with no answer and they arrived 3 hours late

I ordered our family dinner from here tonight through Just it. It was delicious, could have been a little warmer... but that's the nature of the beast. The salad was lovely and fresh. The meat and vegetables lasagne were wonderful. Too full for dessert at the moment. But I will be ordering again, without doubt. Thank you

Beautiful fresh tasting pizzas, big menu with lots of additional dishes and sides. Loads of multi buy and meal deals to choose from too.

Decent pizza a decent price, nothing special and would advise going another place however if in need of pizza this will do.

If I could give a 0 star review, then I would. Fanellis Pizza do not even deserve a single star. I have been a customer for a while and ordered off of them most months. The food is cheap but average, and relatively inconsistent. However, after receiving a pizza specifically ordered with 'no cheese' , which arrived with cheese on the top (dairy allergy) - one would expect another to be sent. Otherwise, what would the lactose intolerant member of the group eat? The box? I understand we are not a close by property, but to refuse to send another pizza out the same evening, is not just rude, its insulting. We were offered a free pizza on our next order which was rather unkindly refused over the phone, with an argument about our delivery location. I wonder if the owners have ever heard of a delivery radius? I fail to see how this is a customer issue? An utterly shocking excuse for a business, who obviously have a complete disregard for their customers. Terrible.

I was unsatisfied with my purchase today. Firstly our pizza wasn’t correct so we phoned up the staff at the restaurant. Then I asked if I could have a refund or a replacement pizza. Then they claimed that they couldn’t do anything about it. As I asked to speak to the manager I was rudely interrupted multiple times saying that he couldn’t do anything and claimed that they were closing. This is extremely unprofessional and should be dealt with appropriately.

Took 1 hour 30 minutes. Rude / Unhelpful and had no idea what was going in. Lied twice about how long it was going to take. Save your time and money and use a reputable company. Did not even apologise.
