Been going for year's and consistently good food.

Absolutely shocking, we waited for our food delivered for 2 hours, contacted again but phone kept ringing and kept contacting them for a while, said 15mins but actually 45 mins later the food finally arrived but we was missing some things, only had very small amount of sweet n sour enough for one chicken ball. Tried calling again kept trying trying no one was answering the phone. So we gave up and drove to them. Explained what happened, wasn't really apologetic so got told to wait so we did, Whilst we was waiting no one spent time in reception, only couple mins overall and the phones was ringing non stop and no one was answering the phone only picked once she kept apologising and said 15mins for delivery and said the same to me but actually ot was longer than 15mins. Eventually got the remaining food left that was missing but one was incorrect size got replaced straight away. Got apology in the end but didn't seem sympathetic. Just disappointing

Love good earth, I always order my chinese food from there. The foods great, service is great, and delivery is quick too, would recommend

Service was abysmal waited for an hour over the estimated delivery and nothing had arrived and we had not been contacted that our food would be delayed. Tried to call for quarter of an hour before eventually getting though and was very carelessly told that it should arrive in half an hour. Half an hour later, there was still no sign of any food. So tried calling through on the phone and not having any luck for another 15 minutes. My partner decided to go down there to see what was happening and ask for our money back. There were 2 other people in the shop in the same scenario. One of them had been waiting an hour longer than us. We had been waiting a total of 2 and a half hours before getting our money back. So we were unable to order from elsewhere also. The food might be good, I am unable to confirm that, but if you would like to try it I would suggest you put your order in at least the night before

I ordered at and was told 6.15 delivery time. It got to 7.15 and no dinner. The wife phoned and asked where order was and was told that they didn't know. They put the wife on hold and never returned to the phone. They then hung up on her. She called straight back and asked to speak to manager and they did it again. We have since been trying to ring them and called over 300 times ( screen shot proof ) and still no answer. We now have no dinner and we a £30 out of pocket. The people on the phone were rude to the wife. Avoid this restaurant or else you will be treated poorly and not get your food and have to pay for the privilege. This will be taken further. Disgraceful

Despite an online message with my order and phoning them to say that we could not have egg in any of the foods we ordered, when the Mushroom Rice arrived, it had egg in it! Luckily, this was noticed before we could eat it. When flagging this problem up, all we got was a non commital sorry and what felt like a shrug of the shoulders. They added that their noodles didn't have egg in them but other foods did - as if we should already have known this. For anyone with a severe allergy to egg, this could potentially be dangerous. On the menu, it said Mushroom Rice, not Mushroom and Egg, yet this is what we got. If you have allergies, I advise you to have a serious think about whether to buy from this business.Oh, and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive our order from the time it was placed. Again, no explanation, just a sorry.This is no way to run a business. Very disappointing.p.s. The food we could actually eat was in fact tasty and the portion sizes good. Just a shame that the service was such a big let down.

Do not order from here!!! Overpriced, rude staff, our food took over 2 hours. Tried to call for over 40mins their phone was engaged. My partner went down to the takeaway to cancel order, it was full of others complaining about the same scenario.The delivery driver turned up during this time and was exceptionally rude when I told him we'd been waiting over 2 hours. Never wasting our money here again.

Ordered for collection at 9pm. Waited in the shop with three other people, one who had been waiting for 3 hours. I had to bang the counter as no one would come out and the phone was constantly ringing. Eventually someone did come out and I asked the situation and sadly they couldn’t meet all the demands so I had a refund. I did feel really sorry for them but they should put a note out to stop people from ordering. This place has seriously gone downhill.

I have ordered our Chinese from here for years & the last few times of having it hasn’t been a good experience!The last time done it for Me, all our food had leaked in the bag so I asked for it to be taken back, which they did & all they did was transfer the food from the broken tub in to a new one & wiped clean the other tubs which were still very greasy. Finally got our food on a plate after 2 hours wait & it was cold and not enjoyable at all. Feel sad that we have to change Chinese restaurant but when you spend so much on food you expect it to be a good standard.

Gone down hill fast. Missing items from order last time, card never refunded. Tonight the pancakes in the crispy duck we were unable to eat. Expensive rubbish from here, definitely eat elsewhere
