Absolute 0/10 for service and food do not recommend

Brilliant, have not had a bad meal from this place, for some reason I had always put off going here but having been here many times now it’s without doubt our favourite Chinese now.Well done guys keep up the hot tasty meals.👍🏻

I have been waiting almost 2 hours for food. the phone lines are constantly busy so can not get through to anyone. I have a diabetic 5 year old who has been waiting ages for their dinner. Will not be ordering from here again. Do not recommend.update; finally got through to someone after 2 hours and they tell me they are just starting to cook it now! will be another 20-30 minutes wait!Now have to cook for my son as he already had the insulin for the meal as was promised a time.

Food is great, delivery times are terrible, 2 hours waited, so we just went and picked it up after getting through the telephone lines eventually. Do yourself a favour and pick it up.

An excellent Chinese takeaway, reasonably priced and very helpful staff.

Really great food but a nightmare again to order. Their online ordering stopped working a few months ago and has t been repaired meaning you have to phone. They don’t have a queuing system for the phone so it’s pot luck if you get through. I called 104 times in 15 minutes this evening, ‘User Busy’ for 72 times and the other 32 they simply didn’t pick up the phone. I’m guessing they’re understaffed at the moment meaning the same person who answers the phone is also dealing with people in the shop.They do nearly got themselves into the 21st century...Food is great, please just sort out how you manage your ordering system.

Ok food, use of others are busy or closed. I find the front of house service a little rude to be honest. They don't do chips because there is a chip shop next door, how stupid is that! Yet the chippy isn't always open when the Chinese is. The chippy sells currys sauce.... whats all that about. Portions are smaller than the competion and are more expensive.

First time ordering and OMG it definitely beats R2, Hong Kong and silver river (old take away venue) will be ordering again in a few weeks 👍👍👍👍👍

We had a lovely takeaway last night. Service was quick and efficient and the food was really good. Very impressed and will definitely be back.

I placed a telephone order for collection. Food ready on time. Quality of the food good and will definitely visit again
