Friendly coffee no fuss. Great with dogs. Regular visitors (half way round our dog walk) and really like it here.

Had Sunday Roast - absolutely superb! Will be back!!

My partner and I had breakfast and the food was faultless. Fluffy scrambled egg and lovely fresh thick granary bread. My partner had the eggs benedict which he thoroughly enjoyed. The reason for my low score was I was really aggravated by a staff member complaining to who I think may have been the Manager and making lots of disparaging comments about another employee’s lack of work. This went on for a fair amount of time we were there. Whilst these conversations need to be had, they should be away from where customers can hear. I felt her comments created a toxic environment and I left feeling quite angry for the other employee, who wasn’t there to defend himself.

Exceptional COVID-friendly service. Great outdoor space with heaters and wind-defeating marquee. Food was fab - we had pate, a gigantic crab mac and cheese, steak, and a generous kids meal.Nice drinks selection and service quality was prompt, well informed and friendly.Lovely walk back to town via Hamble Common recommended after filling yourself up!

Ketch Rigger: Great food, friendly service (during a busy lunch) and to top it off great views. Well worth the walk/drive down to Hamble Point Marina for this marina bar and restaurant that punches above it’s weight.

Popped in and found a lovely Sunday lunch carvery! Choice of 2 meats, excellent portion size with great service. Good value for money.
