KFC in Eastleigh

This has to be the worst kfc ive had the misfortune to buy food from. Food is usually undercooked Last bucket we bought for a family of 4 went in the bin..wasnt fit for human consumption.

My bread on my mini fillet was stale almost like dry toast. This shop as so much potential yet it’s always filthy and dirty customer server is bad they prioritise Uber drivers more than walk in customers. I do not recommend this restaurant sorry..

Not too bad, but the staff going out back for a smoke is pretty unprofessional really. Plus the staff have major attitude problems that need addressing. I suppose its a miracle that we haven't got food poisoning from this branch yet considering how lax they are with covid restrictions and cleanliness.

Delivery drivers given priority over walk in customers... Waited 15 mins for our food. Very small portion not particularly hot either. No salt available... No napkins... Dirty floors and tables. Staff very rushed

Takes 20 minutes to order and another 20 to recieve the food. I've only been a few times but my orders had something missing or wrong every time. With every visit another bit of machinery is broken, the ice cream machine, the soda fountain, the ordering screens. Only saw one staff member actually taking orders and helping - the other three did nothing. Literally saw one watch a coffee machine pour. The whole resteraunt clearly relys on this one staff member. Not coming back.

Yet again, it's filthy dirty. Rubbish on the floors, no clean tables, lots of uber eats drivers just loitering around. It will be the last time I take my family here. I really do not recommend it.

2*s for the food, although a bit dry. Hygiene is very poor and efficiency awful. Staff stood around on their mobiles whilst large queues build up, ignoring customers and having not an ounce of urgency. Other staff continually touching faces or wiping noses on clothing. Add no ice cream machine, a classic sign of poor hygiene as they probably havent bothered to clean it. Covid is probably the least of your worries here!!!

I visited on Wensday 20th October, in the evening, it has to be said - the team working were on fire 🔥 🔥 🔥!!!I can't credit them enough, moving slick and fast, great communication and having to deal with a huge volume of orders.Crackin job, they deserve a raise!...the food was spot on as well 👌

Food is always good here but cleaning up is terrible. You’re lucky to find a clean table as I’ve experienced many many times. Shame cos they do the food good.

Very attentive staff here, helped where they could on menu choices and where drinks were not available gave options.A very clean branch compared to a past visit.Food was hot as expected.
