Always clean, lots of choices And good prices, staff always very helpful

Raw meat and cheese display doesn't do it for me - didn't realise that food regulations even allowed it. Made me question M&S food hygiene standards. Even if it is legal it doesn't appear to be good practice. Visited Tesco for my cheese....

·

No customer toilets! So don't hold on while you do a shop assuming you'll be able to nip to a loo onsite. Disgusting - you'd like to assume a brand of any supermarket provides basic necessities - or do we need the World Toilet Organisation to raise funds and twin some toilets here with some in a Waitrose somewhere?Maybe the staff have to pee in a bottle, as if they work at Amazon 🤷🏼‍♀️

·

It's a nice M&S but they appear to have closed to the customer toilets which was really irritating and also the cafe appears to be permanently shut. Both things for me mean this branch has gone downhill.

·

Not bad apart from hand sanitiser on entrance has left my hands smelling like perfume for hours despite washing repeatedly. It's a really strong and unpleasant smell.

Quality products and and excellent range which should satisfy most customers.Customer service is very good, the staff in the food hall and cafe are always very helpful. The cafe is a welcome place to have refreshments.Good size carpark available, which is free for the first hour. Ticket ( free) must be obtained from ticket machine and displayed on the dashboard

Staff helpful and food choice very good. Access to one area was restricted as staff were labelling food. I didn't feel comfortable getting close so despite waiting a while and going around the shop for a few minutes, I missed this fridge section out. Can the re-labelling be done away from the shelving in another empty refrigerated area? Thank you.

My first visit to the M&S Food hall in Eastleigh. I am very impressed. Quiet for a Friday evening at 19:00. Good selection of food, good wine selection. I didn't check to see if my favourite Marmalade with ginger was stocked, but it probably is. Cafe was closed at 18:30 but looked rather smart.I will call again, as it is a good, quick diversion from my normal route home down the M3 Motorway.

Visited here weds around 11.30 (half term) and it was lovely and quiet making a relaxed shopping experience. The prices are slightly higher than other supermarkets but quality is good too. There is a smaller carpark which you need to get a free parking ticket for (up to an hour) there is a small cafe too. The car park has a few baby spaces and disabled spaces too.

What a lovely shop! It may be small but there is a massive range of products. The staff are just lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them! So easy to get to and lots of parking right outside!
