Mandarin Garden in Eastleigh

This was not very nice food, it was runny, sloppy, watery and a bit like soup and very bland. I absolutely hate complaining but I feel we could have cooked these dishes better at home. The one positive I would add is the portions were generous but personally I would rather have less and good quality, tasty food.

We’ve used Manderin Gardens for a while now and never been dissapointed.....just about to order a meal now and the meal we had delivered last wk was absolutely spot on.......couldn’t fault one little bit and I am a fussy eater......Delivery drivers friendly....sometime a wait but it’s always worth it........a sign of people on the same wavelength I guess......Keep up the great work - please! and Thank you.

Lovely food, fresh and very tasty the delivery ladies were prompt and very polite. Excellent would give 6 stars if I could. Well done new owners.

I don't even want to give these rude liers 1 star, ordered our food at 18.14, at 19.43 I contacted them to see where our food was only to be lied to and was told it left 10mins ago. Called 10mins later and still no sign of our food. Called the shop again and they told me the driver had returned to the shop, and did I still want the same order but it'll be cold or I could wait another 50mins for a fresh 1 (I have no doubt they would have just sent the same one out again) so had to cancel the order and go else where. Will never order from here again and they are very rude!!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! Ordered at 6.14, had a miss call at 7.20 and called straight back.. rang a further 6 times and no answer so rang the shop.. told she would find out and get back to us.. she didn't! (The driver clearly answered the phone to the lady in the shop as we call them at the same time and it went to answer phone) so could answer to them and not us! Called the shop again at 7.40 and she told us he left 10 mins ago then when that passed called again and told quite rudely 'hes back here now.. you didn't answer the first time' we explained we called straight back including the numerous times and they didnt answer, she simple said 'well hes back here now so what do you want me to do now' told them to cancel it! Absolute joke of a service! We only tired them as our usual 'good earth in eastleigh' was closed!!! We will make sure to stick with our favourite! I would suggest you use them too :)

Worse Chinese meal ever!Items missing when we got home, luckily probably as the food itself was very bland, thrown in the dishes, and had a strange after-taste!My family love Chinese food, so knew it was poor when I threw 50% in the bin - even the dog refused to eat it!Wasted £60 for a family meal Christmas Eve, so very disappointed...... they even had the cheek to charge £1 for a debit card transaction!! Never again thankfully!

In all the years that I have eaten Chinese take away food, I have never had the misfortune, to use a worst take away as these, they obviously haven't a clue, what Chinese food should look or taste like, they could have put a trained monkey in the kitchen, & it couldn't have done any worse!!! If you have any respect of your stomach, don't use this take away!!

Waited an hour and a half for our food to arrive. We tried ringing them and they disconnected their phone line. My mum and I drive up there and complained, at that point my sister rings to say it arrived. No discount or money taken off and not even a sorry. Food wasn't that brilliant either. Not a happy customer!

Very friendly lady (who took our order). We all enjoyed our different meals (prawn balls, king prawn kung po, chilli squid, chick chow mein), big portions & tasty & fresh. Prompt & friendly delivery. Gets my recommendation :)
