The team need to serve customers in order not just let the delivery drivers stand in everyone's way and push in. Wouldn't hurt to actually fill up the sauce dispensers and wipe some tables. Other than that it's a mcdonalds so you know what you're getting

before I start I have seen many bad reviews complaining about teenagers⦠the place is near two colleges, get over it. ANYWAY i was having a normal day and it was raining outside, I walked in and started ordering with my friends. THEN !! this employee started patting me dry with tissues š±š± give this lady a raise ! This is vip service. Tbh it was kinda weird and if it was a male employer I would of punched him. Also got stuck in toilet here once very scary.

Like every McDonalds at lunch time, the students were in for lunch, it was packed. But with the self serve ordering, it beats the queues !! Had food brought to the table, and it was quick, considering we ordered food for 3 adults and a 2yr old.The restaurant was clean and tidy, service was with a smile...

Speed of service greatly reduced since Uber ordering has come online - waiting times too long for 'fast food'. Having said that, food is good quality (for McDs) from this one.

One word can describe it... Bedlam. Not only is the layout pretty poor, especially when it's as busy as it was. But there was no order to anything. The screens are positioned right opposite a row of tables, with the huge queue of people waiting to collect their food, leading from the desk back to the stairwell. Meaning you literally have to fight your way through the hoards to be able to actually place your order. So much for social distancing! Then it's a 10 minute wait for food after the screen has no pri ter paper meaning we need to remember the number, standing around 20-30 feet from the desk with the staff yelling numbers, as best they can with face masks on. No computer screen showing which orders are being prepared and which are ready. Then there's the fact that the downstairs toilets were out of order, probably a good thing as no one could get to them through the mass of bodies.Get upstairs and sit down to find no dip with the nugget meal, head down to the condiment table, and nothing there. Downstairs one is the same, no pots, no nothing. Ask a staff member, 'We have no ketchup.' So instead of getting told that and given another option to go with the nuggets, you get them dry.The bins upstairs were a completely different story; there was loads... of rubbish that is. As the photo's show, the bins upstairs had basically just been forgotten about. Overflowing with trash, nowhere to put our trays with rubbish on, both were exactly the same. Although if you had the foresight take it downstairs, or the willing, the bins were clearly being dealt with regularly.I even saw a customer help themselves to the cleaning spray and cloth to clean her table off before sitting down as the tables were clearly being omitted too. They need to seriously work out a better layout, more staff and try and share the work/jobs evenly between people so that everything is covered.

The staff were polite.Food was fresh and hot ( I donāt know why but many McDonald's branches don't give you hot or warm food!!!! )You donāt need to beg for sauce and tissue, etc. They deserve the 5 stars that Iāve given them.

McDonaldās in Eastleigh Swan Centre has constantly been a let down these past few yearsā¦especially since deliveries. The amount of times we have had missing food, the wrong orders AND pieces in the burgers to which were labelled not to have. The fries were lukewarm - myself and the kids did not eat any of them. In store, the staff are EXTREMELY unprofessional, they can be very rude and they tend to boss each other around, so you donāt know who the manager really is. I have made numerous complaints and have been put off reviewing online for a long time and I donāt think itās fair of customers who want their food, to be treated like we are not important to your company. I have heard, first hand, that the milkshake and ice cream machines are turned off because staff do not want to serve them, and I have seen video tapes of staff messing around behind the scenes of shifts. This will be reported and I will Make sure that if my family do make an order with this store, it will be collected and checked before taking home.

Polite staff, custom order was correct and food was as expected for a McDonald's. However service is incredibly slow - the first time I put it down to the fact that at 11am when the menu changes over it seems that the place is invaded by all the local college students but I tried breakfast the next day and with only two other people in the restaurant I still waited over 12 minutes for a simple order.

So.. i don't usually write reviews but this is a joke. I don't know what's been going on with the staff recently but tonight was particularly terrible. Boyfriend waited half an hour for our big macs.. it wasn't busy there were two delivery drivers and two customers? At some point there were no staff around and they'd all just disappeared. The Cokes were filled half way, fries were cold with no salt, burgers dry, paid for dips - didn't get them and then on top of all this, i found A HAIR in my triple cheeseburger. I have blonde hair, my boyfriend has curly blue hair. This is not ours. Sorry to be a Karen, but not cool. Not. cool.
