Been back in UK after 22 years abroad and tried a few places which totally let me down. I am so happy to have found this restaurant~ excellent food, absolutely love it. Well done to the guy's behind the scenes. Fabulous 😘

A truly disastrous take away from this restaurant, food came two hours late and was delivered in two parts, neither had the correct order, one bite of the prawns made us realise for the sake of our bathroom we should just throw it away and give up on the meal. Worst take out I have ever had , and I have had some bad food.

While the frontman seemed like a very nice guy, he didn't seem to be right for this line of work, especially as it looked like he was getting overwhelmed by having too much to do in the restaurant. The food was very bland. It looked like the veg in my accompanying curry to my biryani was the frozen veg mix you can get from the shop. Just sweetcorn, those tiny carrot chunks, little green beans and some peas with a very tasteless curry. The chicken was super tender, but the rice in my biryani was overcooked and the flavour was non-existent. No heat or spices were detectable, it felt a bit like a school lunch. The paratha was good, the chicken Korma my girlfriend had was also bland and tasted a bit off, but she says the Pilau was nice.Overall 2/5, it seemed like they were maybe short staffed and the food lacked effort and flavour.

Ordered a takeaway...... took two hours and didn’t arrive very warm. One of the curry’s was far hotter than the menu described and was inedibly hot (and we always eat hot curries).Won’t be back.

Food is very delicious, I tried Chicken Tikka Masala, Vegetable Balti with rice and naan. But one thing getting me nervous when guy tell me on the phone that order will be ready in 40 minutes, It's always minimum 50min, even 1hour, so I have to what there 10-20min to collect..

If your thinking about ordering an Indian from here don’t bother. We ordered last night, 3 phone calls and 4 hours later from ordering it finally arrived and some of the bits were missing like the onion bhaji’s. Fobbed off and lied to every time we phoned just to get us off the phone. The food was average at very best when it arrived. Absolutely appalling service and we will not be ordering from here again, we were loyal customers ordering from here for our Friday night “curry night” once a week, and spending over £150 per month. From now on our custom will be going else where.Appreciate your probably busy but if you are going to give a delivery time then stick to it, no matter how long the wait and be honest with your customers. If the wait is 2 hours then say so. This isn’t the first time this has happened and have given them benefit of the doubt the first time, last night was the final straw.Very disappointing!

We have just moved to the area so thought we would try our local Indian takeaway, we had to wait over 2 hours to get our food, when it finally arrived the food was luke warm and tasted awful, felt like a ready meal would of been better. We phoned them up due to the food taking so long and was greeted by rude service and being put on hold several times, they refused to take any responsibility for the long delay. I would definitely recommend people to look elsewhere for a nice Indian takeaway.

Amazing food enjoyed it splendidly definitely will come again the spices are good because if you want a certain type of food then you can ask for it. Delivery came really fast and none of the food spilt. The seating is very nice and fancy and I definitely recommend that you go and get some when it’s the night you cant be bothered to cook and fancy some nice curry! Well done I’m impressed!👍🏻👍🏻

We often order from Monsoon and have a meal delivered. It's good curry - if you want something to be spicier you can always ask for it that way and they will oblige. The thing a lot of reviewers miss is that this place is simply fantastic value for money - to the point where you can treat it as a 'can't be bothered to cook tonight' place every so often without selling any limbs.
