My Chinese Takeaway in Eastleigh

Has a hygiene rating of 2, I mean come on thats not easy to achieve so what the hell are they doing there? That rating means they have major issues that need addressing, and their standards have slipped hugely.

Terrible service. I'd strongly advise keeping away from here. Refused to give refund for missing items. Manager rude to staff and would not come on the phone to rectify the issue. Should be embarrassed and ashamed of himself.

Nice dum sum and fried dumplings. I feel that this last one's were handmade, which is a plus. I love wonton soup, but the one I tried was not my favourite. The delivery was fast! Quicker than scheduled.

Delicious. Tender meats, not chewy. Best Chinese takeaway. Delivery takes long because they are always swamped with orders because they're that good. Worth the wait. Order early.

Absolutely delicious food. Ordered through Just Eat, it was delivered earlier than expected and was the best Chinese we have had in a long while.

Recently tried this Chinese take-away for the first time after are usual was shut. Absolutely delicious food. Sweet n sour chicken balls were so fresh and tasty batter. Egg fried rice, crispy seaweed and shredded chilli beef were all lovely and tasted freshly cooked. Not soaking in batter or sitting for sometime like some takeaways. Was ready to collect in 30 minutes just as they said when ordering on the phone. Will definitely order from here again.

If I could give a lower score than 1 star I would!I placed an order at 17:49, was told delivery would be 19.15 which was fine. I chased at 19.40 to be updated that my order would be "a bit delayed" and would now be with me at 21.35 nearly 4 hours after I originally placed the order via Just Eat. I will never order from this place again!

The food was lukewarm and late. It was average tasting. I've ordered from here before and it was lush, however this time round I ended up with a mild case of food poisoning. I have alerted environmental health about this. I haven't even bothered to phone up asking for a refund cos after reading the reviews I don't think I'd get very far.I won't be eating there again and I've told my friends to not order from there again.

Best vegetable chow main I've ever eaten. I will happily drive 15 miles to get it. Tonight I ordered at work it turned up hot, bursting with flavour, and a fair price too.

Very bad.. we gave this Chinese a second chance today as we had ordered previously and our curry arrived with no sauce. Then tonight we ordered mixed meat rice noodles and we got just noodles and veg no meat and king prawn chow main which again just noodles 8 prawns and nothing else no veg at all. Very disappointed and not worth complaining directly as they did nothing last time.. a bit like Chinese roulette you order and dont know what you are going to get back....
