Pizza Hut in Eastleigh

If I could give it a 0 I would, but I can't so I'm giving it a 1. We ordered a pizza on Just Eat before it even opened and when it was 30 mins over the estimated delivery time, we decided to call because it hadn't shown up and the app said it had. The person who answered said they were busy and it would be delivered at some point but couldn't give us an ETA. It was obvious they had no intention of delivering it and they weren't bothered. We cancelled the order and requested a refund. Deffo would not recommend...

The most atrocious service I've had for a while. Ordered over two hours in advance for a set time because I was working from my hotel room and had a half hour lunch slot. When 5 minutes late and website hadn't changed the "estimated delivery time" phoned. Was told "we are busy" and that it would be another 5 to 10 minutes, waited another 10 minutes, nothing, so phoned again. Was told this time it was just being packed up and would be with me soon. Nearly 20 minutes later finally arrives, get it to my room and the food was like warm and then realise they had forgot the dips. Phoned again and told I could get credit but I don't want credit as I live in Germany, asked to speak to someone senior then after a brief on hold, told they are busy and they will send the dips out. As of half an hour after that still no dips... Avoid at all costs, atrocious service!

Our order still hasn't been delivered, is over 45 minutes late. Rang them, asked to speak to the manager and he said it was late due to traffic. There was absolutely not traffic on the roads (Google maps). This is the worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway.It takes nearly 2 hours to get a pizza, just FYI.

Used to be pretty good but haven't had a gluten free option.for pizza base available since October 2021. Yet so many new vegan ones 🙄

I got half and half. So my half had pulled pork and other ingredients on it. The two star is for my bit and because of the pulled pork awful and wasn't cooked properly that I had to pick at my pizza to take it all off! I'm a huge lover of pulled pork but it has made me feel so sick and tbh I only ended up eating two of my slices of my half.So avoid pull pork or please make sure the pulled pork is cooked!Oh and the cookie dough dessert, I couldn't believe how small and thin it was, bit of a rip off!!

The worst customer service. Wouldn’t be using them again for a long time.Over 3 hours to sort the orderCharged twice was then told we would be refunded and food still sent because it was in the oven. Called back an hour later and they had said it hadn’t been cooked and it wasn’t being sent.Very rude phone manor and not helpful at all

Pizza Hut is usually my go-to place when it comes to takeout pizza. I've never had an issue with the Pizza Hut in Eastleigh; the food always arrives on time, it's warm, and always tastes good. Tonight was no exception. The delivery driver, Emily, was very friendly and got the food to me quickly!

6 outta 5 stars, Izzy served us and our pizzas were piping hot and made with haste. Customer service top draw, polite and helpful making recommendations we enjoyed , thank u Izzy and Pizza Hut (Eastleigh) team!!

We regularly eat pizza hutThe £5 pizza price is so good you can't beat it.Make sure you get the garlic flavoured crust.Really quick service was under 20 minutes

The online ordering process was smooth and it was easy to select and pay for the pizza as well as see the special offers available. However, despite asking for as soon as possible delivery it was over an hour wait for the pizzas (I even had to call to check they were still coming) and when they arrived they were cold despite being delivered by bike outside of rush hour around 8.30 pm. The garlic bread was hot though which indicated timing issues. For this reason I will definitely use alternative pizza delivery companies in the future.
