Red Carpet Restaurant and Bistro in Eastleigh

Online order via Just Eats cancelled after one hour. Prezzo informed me that order had been cancelled by customer. It wasn’t. Soon after Prezzo Eastleigh was not taking online orders. Can’t help wondering if they were not doing orders and order cancelled for that reason. Shan’t bother wasting my time again. Plenty of other restaurants that do bother fulfilling orders.

Visited on a Saturday night and it was packed. Staff were struggling a little to keep up, so we waited 20 mins to place a drinks order, then flagged someone down.Food was delicious, so we will give them another try and hopefully they won't be stretched so thin.

Fantastic service!Group booking of individual orders and all mains came out at same time despite some of the party ordering last minute. Also, requests for meal alterations were no problem at all and staff were attentive throughout. Admittedly high prices but worth it for the exceptional service

Good food, friendly staff. Sadly, each time we go for a meal before going to the cinema we are pushed for time. Sometimes we have had to cancel pudding and or coffee. Last week we allowed two hours for four of us to eat. The wine, Starter and Main course all arrived promptly, then the service fell apart. We had to ask for the table to be cleared. We ordered one pudding and three coffees. The restaurant had emptied noticeably by this time. We had to ask for our order twice after this, and were about to cancel when it arrived. Not a satisfactory end to the meal. We may have to go elsewhere next time. Shame.

Swift, efficient and pleasant service and food was of a good standard. My wife and I popped in for a quick treat and had a enjoyable evening. Staff can change quickly in hospitality, so be kind, but we enjoyed our visit.

Perfect food, perfect service, had two courses and was in and out in an hour (as needed). Will definitely return.

Had a nice meal here it's one of the few places that accept a tastecard on a Friday. Would recommend the mocktails they were delicious, pretty large and refreshing on a hot day.

Wonderful evening celebrating the Christmas season in my support bubble. First time I have eaten out since August and what is more than apparent is that it is not the restaurants that are to blame for the ever increasing rise in COVID. Prezzo could not have done more to ensure that there venue is safe, way more than the supermarkets that's for sure. Food was fantastic, they forgot our starter but sorted the situation quickly. Wonderful staff I'm just so sorry that you once again find yourselves on the verge of furlough. Without a doubt I will come back again as soon as you reopen. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful evening.

Visited during August 2020. This restaurant partakes in the Eat Out to Help Out scheme and allows you to combine it with the Meerkat 2for1 offer.Would advise booking at least a few days in advance.Lovely burger but a strangely small plate!
