We've had a takeaway from here before which was good, so decided to try a sit down last night for our anniversary. We were seriously impressed. The service is wonderful, the food is incredible. My fiancé had what can only be described as a cheesy curry from the specials - this should be an abomination, but I tried a bit and it was amazing! The bill came, and it was really reasonable; we will be back!!P.s. they also get points for mopping the ladies floor after I advised it was really wet & slippery (looked like a guest had washed hands and got most the water on the floor!).

Really enjoyed on my first visit with a friend, slightly disappointed on my second visit for the buffet on a Sunday. Selection was ok but nothing with any heat and I like got curries

So, I try a lot of Indian restraurants, especially in the Southampton area. This is now in my top 5, I'll definitely be going again. Popped in without a booking, table for two on a Tuesday evening. Staff really friendly and attentive, no problem not having a reservation during the week. I really like the decor, there are little circular bays affording some privacy if you fancy it which is lovely. We opted for an open table for two. Wow - the food was exceptional. Lamb Rezalla starter and a Chicken 89 main and Bombay pots and onion bhajis. All came out in reasonable time and with a smile. Lamb Rezalla was phenomenal, best starter I've had anywhere, and the Chicken 89 was a delicious spicy goodness - really really good. Downsides? None really. I felt a little rushed after we had finished, which we ignored and the mens toilet floor was very wet and slippery. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. If you're into your indian cuisine and want to try somewhere out of the way definitely give it a go.

If I could give zero I would. Lived in Fair Oak 9 years and never been to this place until last night. Can safely say we will not go again. We all have upset tummies! The service was slow, the food was not good. Out of 4 people who dined, 3 were vegan. 2 curries came out as chicken! One curry was not done as asked. Bland food. A hot pudding was frozen. Constantly kept bugging is to clear the table and hanging around trying to usher us out the door. Felt like we had to eat then go. Then to top it off tried charging us way over the top gratuity! Personally I don't see what everyone raves about? Obviously missing something. Next time will go elsewhere.

Food is lovely but we had to wait over 2 hours to have our food delivered, we ordered at 18,24 and it turned up at 20.40 and the food was barely warm, will not order another takeaway from them.
