Caffe Nero - Walton On Thames in Elmbridge

Always a nice experience at Caffé Nero, great coffee and good selection of cakes and pastries. Nice atmosphere.

Excellent, helpful staff, took good care of me while I was fitting new pictures, and graphic branding on the windows.

Best decafe Americano around, Cato and cheese toastie not very good

The two girls working at 16:00 sat 27th could not have been slower. Left the after standing in the queue for 15 minutes and it wasn't that busy.

I like Caffè Nero's coffee but their coffee shops are always so dark and depressing. Or they have harsh lamps that blind you like on the Muswell Hill branch.

Terrible WiFi, if you can connect to it. Bog standard Nero's. Staff don't cope to well if there are more than a few people in the queue. Hygiene not brilliant, lots of uncleared tables and loos regularly out of order. Just doesn't seem cared for. There are better Nero's out there.

Perfect service. Coffees always amazing with perfect taste. Lovely place even during lockdown. If you locking for place for coffee food like sandwich or muffins this is the best one in this area!!!!! Thank you very much.

Nice Caffè Nero in Walton. Even better today, half price if you sit in! Always good coffee, plenty of comfy seating and relaxed atmosphere.

Vastly overpriced, cold latte with quality not up to the standard expected for the price being asked. Generic is a the best way i could describe it. Did try an independent cafe but the tables were reserved. Will not be going back to Caffè Nero
