The female manager is lovely. Always polite and when I visit (most days) the staff are always courteous and welcoming.Food is secondary in any takeaway; although it still has to be nice, but if the staff are helpful, happy and polite, it transcends the experience. This branch has made a loyal customer out of me.Thanks guys.P. S. Time some of your trainees get to wear the trained jerseys as they are ready in my book

Love Nero and this place saved me early in the morning when my usual shop was unexpectedly closed. Will be coming again.

I usually go to Nero in Weybridge once a week. It's convenient for me as I work in the area, and sometimes go before I collect an order from Holland and Barret across the street.I've never had a bad coffee. It's all I drinkThe staff are friendly and quick to prepare your drink. If I could offer anyone advice, if you don't like a full takeaway cup, say so when ordering. A few times my coffee has spilled or leaked out the cup. Not ideal if you're driving or walking.I believe they have oat milk. I sometimes ask for soy milk, which they always have. Just for a change.Oh, they have toilets too.Another tip, when our current restrictions permit it again. Take your own travel mug and you'll get an extra virtual stamp if you use the Nero app.

Nice place for you cuppa. This particular cafe has good sitting arrangements with in-house library. So if you like reading they have plenty of options for you. Staff is friendly and good. Parking can be the concern because it's in the high street but apart from that everything is good.

***Update***First time back since they have been able to have people to sit in, so have treated myself.Got to say, it’s lovely to come back and get welcomed by lovely friendly staff.Absolutely love there hot chocolates, plus using the click and collect is a must. As sometimes it can be very busy in there.
