Carluccio's - Walton-On-Thames in Elmbridge

First time eating here. Staff very polite, good atmosphere and well spaced seating, great kids meals, sensible prices for good food. Around £70 for 3 adults and 1 child. 2 x starters, 4 x mains and kids pudding and 4 soft drinks. Defo be back.

A lovely place, it could very good for a drink or a coffee but not for dinner. Our normal food at home is better than what we got at this restaurant. What a shame!

A large and spacious restaurant, with attentive staff. Meals were good and plentiful from an extensive menu.Out waiter Mike was the sort of waiter you would expect in a continental establishment. Helpful, attentive and worth 5 stars on his own, and certainly contributed to the 5 stars awarded to Caruccio's

Total disappointment !Ordered a Seafood Linguine and a Casarecce Piccante- The Seafood Linguine what was a lot of pasta with hardly any seafood and it smelled like a pond... ended up in the bin- Casarecce Piccante is as tasteless food as a shop bought ready meal for 5x price.First time and definitely last.

We love this place!Often go for coffee and tiramisu which is excellent. Sometimes have some main meal and it was great always.A lovely atmosphere, relaxing music, very big space.

Visited the branch today. 15 min gone and the waiter brings the menu and cutleries.We were both very tired so just waited.After 30 minutes of waiting a gentleman from the next table saw us being tired and went inside for us and told them we were waiting. SO WE WAITED A LITTLE BIT MORE. After 45 minutes of waiting we decided to leave 🤣 ( let’s note here that we were tired and hungry and all restaurants were full, otherwise we wouldn’t wait so much). Customer service means the waiters have to keep eye contact with the people seated but they were really indifferent. Anyway NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Never been so disappointed, we went tonight, burnt garlic bread, children's "lasagne" looked like a dried piece of pasta with burnt cheese on the top, staff not interested in service, waited 20 mins for drinks and burnt cod for a main. Would have been better going to Pizza Express.

Food was nice enough. Service was adequate. Squid was over cooked, and our garlic bread was aityle over seared.Nice big portions

The service in Carluccio’s is very good, the person taking care of us was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have available the only vegan option for dessert, but the vegan milanesa was very nice!

May be the had a bad day, but not good.First we had to wait long to be seated when there were plenty of empty tables.As a first time visitors we were rushed to order couple of times. The wine wasn't good.We had to wait for very long time to get our food, even we had a starter, which it came with mains.The food was ok, and staff was nice.Everything inside looked worn out, tall ceilings with pipes, not very welcoming.Unfortunately won't go again :(
