I asked for Katsu chicken with noodles. When sat down, I realised my tub was full of rice. I went to the desk and said to the man that served me “I asked for noodles but I’ve got rice” before I could even finish my sentence, he said you said rice. I said I know what I asked for, I don’t eat rice and asked for noodles. He tries arguing with me, it was bizarre. I’m there with my baby and he’s still saying I’m the liar, instead of admitting he misunderstood. The ego on some people is unreal. He then goes on to say “well so that meals gonna be wasted now?” I said well no, you can add the chicken on the noodles I’m ok with that. He was huffing and puffing and then said “happy now?” As if I didn’t just pay £12.90 for katsu and a soft drink, acting like he’s treating me. Disgusting. I will never buy from here again and will tell my colleagues who work within logistics who I previously recommended to eat here, to never again. The food was horrible too. It’s definitely gone down in quality since the inflation I suppose. Terrible management, no wonder such bad reviews and the queue is so quiet compared to other eating places. Avoid.I attached a photo to show the amount of curry sauce he added to “punish” me, it was more like soup rather than noodles and katsu. Disgusting behaviour.

Red Curry very nice, rice ok, prawns in breadcrumbs lacking

Didn't take order properly. Prepared wrong food and then insisted it was paid for. Missed half the order. Struggled to communicate. All in all just not worth the stress

We stopped off on our way to Birmingham . My son had the Katsu and I had the Teriyaki. We loved the food and the service was prompt and with a smile. Will use again...

The large dumpling was dry, with little filling and supremely spicy even though not specified when purchasing. The teriyaki chicken and rice was okay. Not anything special.Rather overpriced for what you recieve.

Waited to order and get attention of staff at counter for awhile. Staff seem ignorant and not interested. Most appeared facing their back against. When i got attention of one of the staff.Asked for chicken bun, got a vegetable bun. Went back to ask and was given another one still got vegetable bun.It appeared that the vegetable buns were placed on chicken shelf.Went back again to ask and got chicken at last. No apologies. It seemed like staff did not want to say sorry or deal with the problem. The staff that i was dealing with waked away from serving. Maybe didnot want to deal with the problem?I was not rude at all. All i wanted was chicken bun.If the buns are wrong Atleast check they chicken. And apologise. Poor service and unfriendly staff who do not want to help.

This is a great idea for fast food. I had the teriyaki, which tasted great although the amount of chicken was a bit miserly. The big problem was a smell of cardboard. I couldn’t tell if this was coming from the carton or the noodles for sure, but I am pretty convinced it was the noodles themselves. I was hungry so I ate them. Not ideal though.I look forward to giving it another go if ChoZen open one near where I live. It’s a bad idea to form an opinion based on one visit

Had the medium size chicken katsu curry with noodles and a couple of vegetable spring rolls.First time Ive had the curry, was just like a mildly spiced chip shop curry sauce.+ Nice and hot+ Spring rolls had plenty of veg inside+ chicken was well cooked+ Noodles well cooked+ Good portion size- Bit too much sauce (imo)Photos dont really do it justice, but I'll definitely be going back again.

On our way back from Box Hill we stopped at the Cobham services where we decided to try the Chicken Katsu Curry at Chozen noodle. It was very tasty, the quantity was very good and very prompt service.I will surely recommend chozen noodle.

Stumbled upon this by chance on a late night Starbucks mission. We discovered that there’s a half price sale when it gets late! I call that a result! Very nice it was too.
