Costa Coffee in Elmbridge

Comfortable and served a nice coffee.

Coffee was fine, but had to ask for milk for my husbands Americano, even though when I ordered our coffee's a I asked for milk.

It's the best coffee and shop layout was very impressive.

Coffee could be better. More level of care. Trainees should not be allowed yo serve coffee unless checked by a superior for consistency, brand standard and perfection.

Quick service and good coffee, not bitter.

Big windows make this a lovely place to sit indoors and get as much natural daylight as possible. An americano and vegan ham and cheese sandwich, and I was a happy person.

This Costa Coffee place was clean, the staff welcoming and as soon as people left tables were cleared and cleaned! It was little bit busy, but plenty of seats!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the service here. When I asked for sugar Christian used tongs, very clean and very fast service. The covid protocol here is actually the best I have seen so far. 👌Well done whoever the manager is. The place is also absolutely stunning. 💯

Awful experience!I love Costa and can’t believe I am writing this but I had the worse customer service today. As it is 50% Eat out to help I went to enjoy a nice drink with my friend and one of the staff (I am sure he was the supervisor or the manager) was just arrogant and clearly he wasn’t happy to serve us at all. He charged us full price just because we said we would seat outside (us thinking that we help them by not having to wash up) but he never mentioned that you must stay inside to enjoy the deal. Moreover I was more frustrated with the fact that the customer after us bought a drink and a sandwich and she doubled checked if the deal was honoured and funny enough she was permitted to drink on the terrace. He should learn to treat all customers fairly and maybe out of courtesy try to explain more...

I have returned after two years and the collection boxes have changed but everything is just as dirty inside and out. Floor full of papers, tables with food scraps, black teapots, full bins ... Really disappointing do not feel like taking anything, not to return!
